Not good enough”
The location was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a condo hotel. The hotel had more than 30 floors yet only one elevator is working. Sometimes it takes more than 20 minutes to either get down or go up. Half of the menu for the room service is not available. Lots of seminars being held and that means a lot of people going about and hence it is too noisy too. It may fulfill this purpose but for me it was not a good decision to stay there.

If it were not accessible to places we need to go to, I'll never book a room here again”
I'm sorry if that's harsh but I've stayed in this hotel 3 times already. The first time with a friend, the second time alone, and the third -- which is what this review is for -- with my Mom and sister. Let's talk about the Pros: - super accessible to malls, restaurants, and supermarkets. You can either walk or take the service van or a jeepney. Everything is less than 1KM away. - aside from the neighboring establishments, it's also near EDSA and you can easily go to Makati, Ortigas, QC, Fort, etc. - the FOs are friendly enough and really tries their best to please the guests (unfortunately, there's only so much a friendly staff and good service can do when there's only 1 elevator that's working, there are roaches in the hallway, the room stinks of cigarette smoke when it's supposedly a NON-smoking room, etc) And so we're on to the Cons: - We booked a non-smoking room. Our room stinks SO BAD. - The furniture in the Suite are so dated. There are even stains on the chairs and couches. - There is only ONE working elevator! ONE! For all of the hotel's guests. It takes about 15-30 minutes of waiting and unless you're on the 2nd-5th floors, who can go up and down the stairs?! - Speaking of the elevator, remember when I said I also stayed here alone? It was more than a year since this current booking and the other elevator that was under maintenance during my stay a year ago was still under maintenance a year later. But back then there were at least 2 elevators working. Unbelievable! - There are mosquitoes in the lobby. I took a video of it. I'll go find it if you want. It was dim, hot, and can really use air purifiers. I wanted to like this hotel because even though it's not as pricey as the other hotels within distance, it's affordable enough and the room space isn't too bad BUT aside from it being location-wise and affordable, I don't have anything else good to say.

Decent, Affordable”
We decided to book here last minute and the staff took a while to check us in but it's all good. The room is homey although the internet did not work during the 1st day. The bed and couch were comfortable, bathroom was decent.

VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE”
I booked this hotel for a business guest and was very disappointed at the service quality. Don't believe the previous ratings as well as the photos. Hotel is very old, staff very unfriendly, and cleanliness is horrible. My guest rode the elevator with the hotel staff and saw pillows with fresh pillowcases just placed on the elevator floor. Also bathroom towels are stained and they refuse to replace with cleaner towels. Breakfast is horrible too. Front desk staff are super not helpful. Door locks not working so luggage had to be locked when my guest would leave the room.

great except for the heater”
there's a problem with the heater, it will work for 2-3 minutes and then we have to turn it on again. the staffs were okay except for the time that we're sleeping already and they knocked the door asking about the heater that isn't working properly. And wasnt able to fill the tub, the water kept on draining

staff needs customer service training. rude and does not even smile , even fake smile. found cockroach in my room , all they did was spray and did not bother to look for the cockroach so in the morning i found it under the couch with ants. not recommended
