On the other side
Decent hotel on the other side of the Danube. It's situated a few meters away from the Chain Bridge so crossing over is a matter of a few minutes. Careful of service charges on room service though - I ordered a tea at the bar and was ready to wait for it there but they insisted on getting it to the room for me, which I found as nice... until I got the bill for it - where the service charge was more expensive than the tea itself!

Hotel
Such a great location so central to walking everywhere both sides of the bridge! Our room & bathroom were small but adequate as we were only there to sleep! Would highly recommend!

A great tourist location in Budapest
Pros: This hotel appears to be fairly new and in very good condition. Perfect location overlooking the River Danube within walking distance to tourist attractions, and public transport. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Any minor requests were immediately addressed. Restaurant selection within 10 minute walk is somewhat limited, but public transport or a 15 minute walk provides a huge selection. Cons: No shower in the room we were given. A large bath tub with a spray nozzle was available, but difficult access to the high tub.

HOLİDAY
Lanchid Hotel is very central, wiev was great for standard type of room, we were close to hop-on hof off bus stops so we easily learned the city and had time to discover many places in 4 days. Chain bridge and buda museum are very close to the hotel. Home made ice tea is very delicious in the hotel. Wardrobe is not enough in rooms, other facilities are okey.

Beautiful place
Lovely place with good location across the mainstream business locations on other side of the Danube. Fantastic terrace for chilling out. Better breakfast and stronger waterpressure in shower would score higher points!!

Comfortable hotel in a great location
Great location, Large bathroom, value for money
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was close by everything we wanted to get to (including the best baths/sauna in Budapest) with Michelin rated restaurants in the area. While the front bar service was sometimes a bit slow, the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was quite fresh and clean. We enjoyed our view of the castle from the room, and would definitely stay here again if visiting Budapest.
