Exceptional”
It was so good to stay with landcons....pool bit busy with people always.....nice place....can stay in a low cost budget....nearby a lot of good food ...food trucks also available at the evening....cenang mall is walking distance only and beach also.....under water world just cross the road only.....

Great Location with comfy rooms”
We booked total 3 rooms because this is family trip, and all the rooms are comfortable to stay, the hotel does have swimming pool but if you are really coming to Langkawi Island, your main aim is the natural seaside, beaches and such. No worry as the Pantai Cenang is just opposite of the hotel and you can walk to the beach within 2-3 minutes. Besides, you can do your shopping in walking distance as all the shops are nearby. One should try out the local foods here and if you are not, there are many fast foods franchises such as McD, OldTown which you can choose from.

totally recommend this place! spacious room, friendly staffs, in the middle of cenang market and the hotel looks good with sooo affordable price. we even go island hopping with the RM45 per person package provided at the hotel counter. the van will take you and bring u back to this place. definitely will come again.

near Cenang beach and restaurants”
if you like to walk around to the restaurant and beach, here is a great place to stay. McDonalds and Cenang beach is just across the road. The room is cheap but clean. aircond and water heater are also working without any issue. The hotel also has a small "waterpark" with water slides etc suitable for your kids!

Lokasi di pantai chenang sangat strategik. Ketiadaan parkir khas bagi tetamu menjadi sedikit masalah memandangkan kenderaan boleh ditunda sekiranya diparkir di tempat yang salah. Mudah untuk akses makanan walaupun sedikit mahal. Walking distance ke kedai kedai di sepanjang jalan pantai chenang.

Reasonable good budget hotel”
Very good location for shopping, food and ease of getting Grabcar or taxi . Spacious and clean room. Pool area is good for a dip and children will truly enjoy it. Very basic room with only 1 TV channel access (AXN). For the price paid in Cenang area it is worth it compared to other hotels stayed before. Reception should be smiling more... Overall a good stay for a budget hotel.

Lokasi yang terletak berdekatan pantai chenang. walking distance ke kedai kedai di sekitar jalan pantai chenang. berdekatan dengan Mcdonalds, starbuck etc. Sedikit sulit untuk parkir kerana tiada parkir khas untuk tetamu hotel disediakan.

It's a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay”
We enjoyed our short stay in this hotel. It is 10minutes walk to Cenang beach but I don't mind the walk as there are a lot of shops that you can checkout along the way. There are a lot of duty free shops so alcohol and chocolates are cheaper here compared to anywhere in Malaysia. The room is nice and big, but the mini fridge is not working - which is a little inconvenient. The pool area is surrounded with plants and it's a nice view from the rooftop.

our room was large with a comfortable bed and a small but sufficient refrigerator. the hotel has 2 pools and both were nice. the location is very convenient for shopping and going either cenang beach or pantay tenga.

Good Location”
Our stay in Landcons was okay. Get what you pay for. We had a noisy neighbour which make noise even at 5 in the morning, we made complaint and the hotel staff act fast, we had a goodnight sleep. Didn't try any meal there so have no idea how is the food there. Good Location, right opposite the duty free shop in cenang. Overall was okay, we get what we pay for.

Room was rather dark & you could hear noise from other rooms very easily. The beds were OK & the air conditioning worked well. The swimming pool was being repaired but looked as if it would be very nice when finished & the courtyard in the middle of the resort was very large & attractive. Although the hotel was not on the beach it was only a 5 minute walk to get there & the location of the hotel for the shops, restaurants etc. was ideal. The staff were friendly & we were allowed to leave our bags in a back room on the day of check out as we had a late ferry to catch.

Great Location and but quite a lot of mosquito”
we booked the lancons resorts room instead of hotel room as i thought they would be seperated but actually they are within the same place. resort rooms are quite clean, but there is still lots of mosquitos and it mainly because of the swimming pool nearby. room service has to be called when needed, not on the daily bases as for hotel rooms. therefore, i found hotel rooms are much better as compared to resort rooms, since they share same facilities like swimming pool, and they are much cheap and clean. the location is great as it is very near to the beach. they are many supermarkets and duty free shops around the hotel so i found it super convince. fyi, products are much cheap in duty free shops as compared to supermarkets. most importantly, don't forget to get back your deposit when you return back your room key incase the reception officer may forgot too, just like what happened to me. as they don't pick up calls so you have to email to them and wait patiently till they get back to you.

Stayed here because its the cheapest and convenient compared with other hotel . This is my 2nd stay . McD , the Zon Duty Free , taxi post is just in front of the hotel . Selections of food and restaurants nearby . Near to Cenang Mall as well . If you plan to spend your day or night at the beach , it is quite far from the hotel , may took +/- 25mins . The hotel provide free water refill and the water dispenser located near to the pool , beside the public toilet . Luggage storage service provided and it is free . Checkin 2pm checkout 12pm . Island hopping RM25 . The thing is , the a/c take times to cooling , their floor mat is so bad , thin , small , old and sloppy . Please change your floor mat to a bigger and a good one . Its a marbled floor room and its a big roo , those arent working . Deposit is RM50 . Use Grabcar for a cheaper rate than taxi . Bike rental approx rm30-35 and car rental approx rm70-100 , . And , please drink responsibly .. do not fight and keep the island clean .

Big and spacious room”
the hotel is situated right on pantai cenang, there is food stalls and shops around. food is easily get and beaches just across the road. there is no beach behind of the hotel. the room is big enough for 3 adults and 2 kids, but there is no kids' pool. a little bit unconvenient for guests with kids. the hotel is currently under renovation so a bit messy.

Good location, room were spacious (can fit 4 to 6 adult) as we are staying at the chalet room with private balcony. It just there is no room cleaning, upon guest request only. Overall is good and will back to Landcons for sure.

Spacious yet not recommended”
The only thing we satisfied is the size of the room, other than that none is good. Mosquitos are everywhere so no wonder they provided aerosol in this room. On top of that, we've asked for extra mattress in the afternoon, and surprisingly only after 3 times we requested we received it at midnight. Thr next day we requested for room service and exchange of kettle which is damage. Guess what? We only get new kettle, however no room service given which lead us to just give up and clean the room on our own. On thr last day we did inform the reception staff in regards of the incoveniences occur from their side and what the staff did was only nod. This is teribble and we will never ever stay here anymore.service sucks and staff are pathethic. Definitely not something to be remember in langkawi.

large room suitable for families ”
Walls at resort were paper thin could hear any noise next door and outside. wifi was not available in rooms amd room are self catered so room wasnt cleaned for our whole stay. central location with helpful staff and aircon in room was definetly working well after walkimg outsidee in the hot sun. Huge bathroom and mini kitchen. seating area outside room was nice to relax viewing the pool. Central convenient location along busy strip. Huge rooms great for large gruops or families.

A Strategic Location”
We were stayed there 2 nights. We were allowed to check in early & the front desk staff was very friendly.As for the room..the bed sheet with stain & the pillows was not covered wt the pillow case.we requested the housekeeping staff to touch up.Provided free WiFi but always no connection.S/pool were okay.The location was pretty nice..Near to the cenang beach,mall,underwater world,duty free,restaurants,spa and etc.
