overall 4 days stay at sea suite private residence is worth of money. Nice room and clean room.Except water pressure for bath room shower are totally worst and bad- for room 531. The shower water pressure is a way too too low .other than that, me and my family happy with it.any how, we had a wonderfull stay at langkawi lagoon private residence- sea suite. thanks

We were so happy when our room was upgraded to Sea Village Executive Studio Suite when we actually booked for Sea Village Deluxe Studio Suite. We got the best sea view. The studio suite was clean and well equipped with appliances.Bathroom was spacious, got bathtub. Our balcony was awesome. There was buggy service that took us from car park to our suite. We also used the buggy service when we checked out. However, due to the location, sometimes no water at the beach when low tide. Quiet place, but we liked it cause we traveled with little kid. It is 15 mins drive to Cenang Beach (most of the atttractions) but we don't mind (we kinda enjoy leisure driving?). I would say this resort is not for beach activities, but more for relaxing and mind theraphy kind of place. I would definitely visit this resort again.

-situation hotel/private residences not clear to all (also because of my missed bag there were some unclarity (hotel did not know me and therefore bag went back to airport!) -some defect furniture (cupboards, toilet ring) -overall very clean (good cleaning service) -close to beach (could be cleaner) and pool -close to good restaurant -no possibility to purchase water/drinks except (expensive) room service -Free WiFi!

Hotel which was sold for private investors”
I think the hotel was split into 2 paths - private residence and hotel sitting side by side with each other. For the price I am paying, it is not worth the while. With multiple managements, there will be deterioration of the services, maintenance quality and unity of the presentation. You can not order food from the restaurant but must go through the management of the property. You will notice some balcony have chairs and table, while the other don't. All this are due to the fact, they are individual residence owner. I wonder who charge me the price that I think is overrated.

Satisfactory. Disappointed with the staff that promised to provide airport transfers and in the end did not turn up. Many inconvenience when needed assistance because we are private residence. Langkawi not many attractions.

only got one halal restaurant nearby this residence. and no other entertainment beside swimming pool oso closed at 7pm. very quite n great for those want relax. The staff Nazim who in charge the residence very helpful.

Good resort, bad management staff”
Stay was pleasant. Whenever there was an issue (like no WiFi, book car to airport) staff kept telling its not their responsibility as it belonged to another management. This was a big put off. But the resort is clean and well maintained.

Cosy room with beautiful view”
I've read about lots of negative comments about this hotel but I decided to give it a go. I am completely satisfied throughout my stay. cosy room, beautiful view, friendly staff and good location. the facilities may be a little bit old (the air-cond buzzing throughout the night) but it is manageable. overall, I will definitely be back!

The private residence is located in langkawi lagoon resort.but it's just a hotel apartment located 50m from the water chalet pictures that they show.So if you think you'll get to stay at those water chalets as in the picture,dont be fooled by the pictures.I got fooled.(:

No Value for Money and No to many activities”
Location was not exciting, it was away from everything except the airport. There were few if any on-site attractions and activities to counteract this. Every time we asked staff anything it was always no: they couldn't fix the toilet, we couldn't use the Ombak pool, we couldn't use the poolside towels, we couldn't use the spa, nor the sauna, and we couldn't change our unsatisfactory room. And we had to keep reminding staff to replenish our toiletries. Wifi was no good, and the seaview pool although fun, was dirty, too warm and very little shade to sit and relax to read or watch Langkawi sunset. The convenience shop had some useful items although little food. The gym, although not used, looked good. Breakfast outside by seaside looked nice although 50RM we looked for something more interesting and better value. I've stayed at much better in Langkawi for much less.

Poor location, room condition and many more”
WIFI no working, there are private agents running this resort so if anything happen, Lagoon resort management will not handle but only agents that we can contact with... hotel room door looked broken and bathroom not in good condition. I will not recommended this resort to friends and I will not visit again.

Love the sea breeze”
The owner is so kind not to charge us for extra 2 adults and the room have 2 sofa bed where my friends can sleep over. The check in and check out time is flexible depends on the occupancy on that day itself. The room is clean with a balcony facing the sea . Every morning wake up have a cup of tea at the balcony enjoy the sea breeze is a good start for the day. Too bad it's located at a another area instead of the Andaman Sea. If not will have a better view with clear blue sea. Overall it's a great stay with friendly staff.
