Couldnt get closer to lovely beach. Away from street but 4 minutes walk to store and cafes. |Room was gorgeous, comfy bed and great aircon,shoer,TV and touch-dimlights.Generour fridge and secure deposit box. Staff freindly and helpful. Beautiful flowers and great place for 'birds and bees'

Great beach, nice staff, nice room”
We enjoyed our stay at Lanta Bee Garden Bungalows very much. The rooms were spotless and kept that way during our stay. The staff was very accommodating when we requested a ground floor room due to a foot injury. If there were any questions, they were always pleasant and went out of their way to assist. We found the restaurant to be convenient and a lovely setting for sitting and watching the water. We would have liked a kettle in the room, however, as one other reviewer mentioned, that would take away from their restaurant business. There are tours available to book through the hotel. We rented a car and drove around which was a convenient and fun way to see the island. There is a 7-11 across the street and a few other places within walking distance.

One of our favorites”
Lanta Bee Garden was more than we expected. We only had a fan bungalow, but it was in the middle row (resulting in effective soundproofing, try to get a room away from the road). It was clean, had awesome international TV, and warm water (BONUS). It was great value for we paid for it on agoda. The restaurant was expensive so we only ate there the one time. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect place to relax”
After a month of travelling just wanted to spend some time relaxing on the beach and Lanta bee was the perfect place to do this. Room was about 10 steps from the beach and staff was extremely friendly. Restaurant was a little expensive but tons of restaurants in the area and a 7/11 across the street. Absolutely no complaints

Great little resort at the beach.”
I love this resort , especially the Premier Fan bungalows, they are large and have a nice porch where you can sit even when raining :) Its right on the beach. Restaurant serves good food. Service is great, you can book everything here for your travels and day tours, also motorbikes for rent for 200B per day to explore the beaches of Ko Lanta. Saladan nearby, many restaurants and bars on the beach in the evening with good music.

Lovely bungalows”
i've been staying at lanta bee garden with my wife for a few nights across nye. we were assigned a beach front bungalow, but even the other bungalows are just a few metres away from the beach. the bungalows are all very nice and clean, definitely well kept. staff is very friendly and boy (the manager) is always available to help if required. the beach in front of the hotel is very nice.

Right on the beach”
The location is the highlight of Lanta Bee. Right on the beach, friendly staff, restaurant, massage. The rooms are very clean, a little small, and it can get a little stuffy with just a fan. But we spent most of our time on the beach, so not having AC didn't bother us. Just a short taxi or tuk-tuk ride from the port.

Nice place for a relaxing holiday”
We had a lovely time staying at Lanta Bee. Upon arriving we noticed the seaview cottages where still available and because it was still low season we could upgrade our rooms to these for a litle bit more $. The restaurant was not open yet (low season) so we cannot comment on the food from LB. But almost every where else we had food it was 'great'. Further we enjoyed riding around on our motorbikes (rented from LB) and search for the nice beach spots and places to eat.

Truly beachfront, 10 steps”
Pros. You cannot get closer to the beach than this. Super soft sand. Family run and very nice, friendly. Clean. Close to pier. 7-11 across the street. Beach was very uncrowded even during high season. Nice swimming even at low tide. Cold Chang bèer for 60 baht. Cons. Close to road so can be noisy. Especially in cheaper rooms. We stayed in bungalow with sea view. View only from porch which faces front desk 25 ft away. No privacy if that concerns you. Only window is sliding door. No kettle. No coffee. Must wait until 8am when staff opens up on site restaurant and pay 30 baht per cup. Bedside lamp did not work. Prices for scooter rental were higher than other hotels. This is not the hotels fault, but did make us only stay 1 night before finding a new hotel. There was a family with kids staying there that were obviously high on meth. They were loud, obnoxious, stayed up very late and had every single lounge chair gathered in front of their rooms. Not worth the price

Exceptional”
Stayed in the beach front bungalow. Lovely setting, massage outside the bungalow, overlooking the sea. Eating lunch on the seafront, good food, wine a little expensive. Lovley family run business. Would feel bored 4+ days here however. Area not as pretty as khlong jark- south of the island. And very quiet.

Clean on the beach”
Centre of beach, direct access to the beach, one of the few hotels with trees on the beach offering needed shade! Typical thai houses with tiled floor, very firm beds and an elevated porch. Breakfast and lunch is great, the beachfront houses have porch towards the beach and the others have porch towards the garden. Silent in the evenings and easy access to the beach in the day. Many evening restaurants on the beach or within easy walking distance on the main road. ATM just outside on the main street, 1 minute away. Value for many from a small family managed hotel.

Nice bungalow, but they're too close together”
Lanta Bee Garden caters mostly to Swedish People who smoke cigarettes non-stop. The bungalows are,so close together that's its hard not to inhale smoke every time you go outside.

Great location with excellent service”
Excellent!!! Would luv to come back again. On the beach.. great food. Great hospitality. The host ( his name is 'boy') is very nice. booked a tour to koh phi phi & bamboo island from here. loved it. All the restaurants are nearby. Beach is very good. Overall very good.

Averagely average”
There's a 7/11 over the road id the best thing about Lanta Bee. The manager, Boy, is super helpful but i think is also looking to help you while he helps himself.. He was super nice until he tried to clip the ticket on a nights accommodation on another island, and when i told him i could get a better deal on Agoda he was pretty surly afterwards. (i asked him about the hotel on the island, and he called them right then. After a 5min conversation, he offered me the standard room rate on their website, and that i should give him a 'deposit' of 300bht and pay them the balance of 1400bht, so take from that what you will)

Great Location, okay rooms”
the hotel's rooms were just okay. however the location was really great. right in the middle of the main beach and just about on the water. also, the people were very friendly and helpful. they helped us set up transportation to raleigh and krabi. the rooms were basic, but good for the price. it was very relaxing overall.

Wonderful hostel”
This family run hostel is one of my favourites I’ve been two out of two months in SE Asia. It’s right on the beach on a quiet main road, so lots of restaurants and supermarkets near by. The rooms themselves are lovely, cleaned every day with replenished water and towels. Incredibly good value for money.

Amazing location”
These bungalows are basic, we had both a delux AC cabin and a fan cabin. Both were clean, spacious enough. Beds were really uncomfortable, but this is Thailand! Location was what made this place worth it. It is right on the beach. Close to restaurants, amenities. Lot of families visiting, so not much of a party scene, but great for relaxing.
