Nice stay”
Great location, big spacious, clean rooms. Only downside was that we saw a cockroach in the bathroom one evening....we locked it in there and then never saw it again thank god! Despite what other people say in reviews, the pool was clean. At first glance it looks green but that is only because the tiles at the bottom of the pool are not the bright blue like normal pools are, they are a mixture of different earthy colours. I can assure you the pool is clean and we used it everyday! There was only two sunloungers though so it definitely needs more. The hotel is full of lovely cats everywhere which we loved. Some friendlier than others though.

I was here from 5/2 to 9/2.One thing I can say is that the customers are requested to pay all by cash..also the hotel..also if by the web site (Booking,Agoda)you must to show your credit card for pre booking..sure.One hotel must to have sure the choice to pay by credit card and must to have the pos machine..can not say "that is broken.."because it's not true..Anyway for the rest it was a good stay.The room with aircon was good also if from my request I ask for clean the room..but they cleaned the room..but not the toilette. .The restaurant/kitchen is good..but some international dishes are not good..same the "pasta/spaghetti"that doesn 't taste nothing..really.The garden is nice with a lot of cats..duck..and so on..that make you feel..relaxed.The staff from the bar is funny.The ladies staff from massage are very polite and friendly..especially Nam!!the beach is very beautiful and the atmosphere in the night is fantastic.So I choose this place because very relaxing..Nice stay Max

Good location, spacious room”
The rooms are large and well-equipped with a/c, tv, fridge, bathroom with hot shower. Very clean. Unfortunately, the doors to the rooms are often banged shut by residents so that plus beach bar parties do create a certain noise. On top, the many family kids play around cheerfully and can be loud at times. The reception is cramped into a dirty room in the back even though there is an original, proper desk towards the entry from the road. Laundry and tours can be organized. Staff is friendly but not very forthcoming. Cleanliness was ok; room cleaning has to be asked for. Toilet paper was not provided. The pool is nice and cleaned daily. However, there are only 5 partly broken sun beds for all guests which is definitely not enough for the 25+ rooms. Generally speaking I would recommend the place for location and the rooms. Service could be smoother and dirt/rubbish in public areas should be cleaned away.

Good lodging for a couple days”
Beach just a stone throws away from room which is main reason we were there. Lots of cockroaches in room and very low shower water pressure though. Overall good value for money.

Nice basic hotel with a friendly staff. The hotel has a swimming pool and is very close to a private beach with a lot of feel good restaurants. A con can be the lot of cats at the property. At some places you smell the cats.

We had to check out after one night of our 3 night stay”
Everything looked great at first but when we got to the room it smelt of mould really bad there was mould on the curtains and holes in the bathroom floor. There were ants covering the entire bed and all over the walls which ended up being in our bags. The location was great but the rooms were terrible.

Disappointed ! ”
We had to ask everyday toilet papers and bottles of water, bed sheet as well. The air conditioning was down, we had no choice to change room in the middle of our journey. The staff : only one person speaks English. To be noted : a lot of goats and cats were in the yard by the pool. To sum up : the hotel seems to be abandoned and not well maintained and managed. You can find better for the same price.

For the price you pay it’s paradise.very Lovely family running the place . It’s also got animals roaming the place from a goat to rabbits to geese. Right on the beach with a whole number of bars to reach in 5 mins walk . Restaurants all close by and also can rent scooter . Loved every minute. Kap

Horrible !!!! C’est la seconde fois que nous y allons et plus jamaiiiis.... Accueil horrible nous nous sommes fait insulter pour avoir osé demander du papier toilette... la douche est sale pas d’eau le matin car il coupe la pompe!!!les poubelles débordent car le ménage a été fait une fois en 6 jours....(merci l’odeur) Pas d’ampoules dans les couloirs très dangeureux!!!! La piscine est bien mais 1 seul transat et 2 fauteuils pour tout l’hôtel un peu juste pour le prix.... les prises dans la chambres se décollent du mur pas très rassurant... si le personnel d’agoda pouvait y faire un tour il ne le mettrai certainement pas sur leur site

Habitués de cet hotel .. quelle déception incroyable .. restriction d eau .. pas du tout le matin et un filet d eau le soir .. chambre pas nettoyée .. et poubelle pas vidée alors qu on jette le papier souillé dedans .. une infection .. c est pas trop grave pour le nettoyage de la chambre mais pas de papier toilette remplacé obligé d aller en acheté à l épicerie. Le propriétaire exécrable . Et sa femme agressive.. prise de courant dénudée voir dangereuse... impossible d avoir la télé et plus de télécommande.. fuite au niveau de la dalle des wc une infection .. aucune lumière dans les couloirs ... les transats cassés et pas de parasol .. cet hôtel est à l abandon .. dommage on y a été 4 années de suite... n y allez pas . Fuyez .... sommes très déçu .. et même horrifié ...

Le ménage fait un jour sur 2 pas de changement de serviette. Pas de papier de toilette. La direction nous demande d aller l acheter au super marché. Plus de transat ni de parasol. Et pourtant nous étions des habitués.. pas d eau dans les douches....il faut rouspeter Agoda devrait quand même rayer cet hôtel

Nous étions habitués d aller à cet hôtel depuis 4 ans .. qui était correct pour le prix .. cet hôtel est en décrépitude .. coupure d eau tous les matins .. économie .. de leur part .. dur avec des enfants .. avons acheté du papier toilette car ils ne voulaient pas nous en donner . Les transats qu il y avait sont cassés il en reste 2 et 1 parasol cassé .. quelle déception .. surtout n y aller pas .. . Allez plutôt au lanta palace ressort ( . Nous ne sommes pas des gens compliqués .. ) nous sommes maintenant à Krabi au nopharat hôtel .. super ..

A bit disappointing”
There is toilet paper and bath towels provided, but no electric kettle or coffee. The room was not cleaned or organized properly and looked like it had been abandoned. The location is great as it is right by the sea, but a bit disappointing. The Massaman curry at the restaurant was delicious and the massage was good.

ハイシーズンにビーチ沿いのエアコン付きでなるべく安いところを、と探してここに2泊しました。部屋は古くて痛んでいるところもあり微妙でしたが、2階のシービュールームのテラスからプールと広い芝生の庭とビーチを望む最高の景色を楽しめます。最寄りのコンビニまで1km近くあるのが難点ですが、周辺にはレストランもたくさんあり特に不便は感じません。
