"The resort is a true pearl. The island is wonderful and the evenings when the beach is emptied and the sun sets everything looks and feels magical. The kids were also able to run freely which was very nice. I wish we would have stayed here the whole holiday." "This resort is top class, we found it perfect in every way. The day trippers on the beach weren't ideal as there were a lot of them but they don't arrive until mid morning and leave mid afternoon. Nice little place”
Lanta Nice Beach Resort was a Nice little cheap place. Valid for the money, you hest what you pay for. Staff very friendly og serviceminded. Only few of the staff spoke english. The location is perfect, lovely Beach Nice little pool and an okay restaurant. Great massage with Beach view. If you want to stay cheap, stay at Lanta Nice Beach Resort.

Superb location, clean and friendly staff”
Pros - right on the beach, simple but clean and spacious accommodation. - excellent staff, very helpful - nice pool and restaurant - Many restaurants and pubs along the beach. Cons- none- this place deserves a much higher rating for what you get. I will stay here again without a doubt. We have stayed at many places over the years in Thailand and this is by far the best value for money we recieved at THB 940 including breakfast.

Best Location”
Love staying here, make sure you book a room beach side and you will be right next to the pool in front of the beach. The restaurant has great food, Thai and a few Indian dishes too. Massage on site is great.

BEST pool and SOFTEST bed in southern Thailand”
Pinky is wonderful! Very soft bed, beautiful pool for swimming laps. Very friendly staff. Very short walk to the beach, and six nearby restaurants. Beyond that you will want a moto for getting around the island. Can't wait to stay here again!

They have it all”
What a wonderful midrange place that simply has it all. We stayed with our daughter of 1,5 years old and after staying for one week we decided to book a second week later in our 4 week vacation. This resort represents everything we love so much about Thailand. The staff is very friendly and when they figure out you are staying a couple of days they will really make an effort in getting to know you a bit. The restaurant is one of the better places to eat and not expensive. The mixture of Indian and Thai food is simply great! I already miss the wonderful rotis and tasty curries. Not to forget the fresh watermelon, lime and coconut juices. The resort is located right on the beach. The rooms are simple, but clean and have pretty OK beds for a midrange place. We stayed in the most basic “Garden view” room but it still came with a TV, fridge and Air-conditioning. They provided a baby cot/bed and have baby chairs in the restaurant. As with most Thai people, the staff just loves kids and they will do anything to get some attention. The pool and restaurant are located directly on the beach where they also provide sun chairs. The pool offers enough shade for kids to have fun all day without getting too much sun. They have a lovely cocktail bar making great mojito's and right at the beach is a good massage/spa area which is operated by the famous Moon's Massage. Both the cocktails and massages are very affordable and just give that little extra to your vacation. They also rent out motor bikes (great fun and easy to do on Lanta with its quit roads, just don’t drive too fast), has an internet cafe and can arrange any tour you want. And again, all at competitive local prices. We stayed on Koh Lanta before and we prefer the Klong Hin Beach most. It feels just a bit more cosy and laidback compared to the other beaches. But without losing any of its sparkle. The main road is a lot less busy, but still there are more then enough shops, a 7/11 supermarket and wonderful restaurants

One of the best places to stay on Ko Lanta”
It was one of the best experiences in Thailand for us, The location of this resort is on the Klong Nin beach, which is one of the most beautiful beaches on Lanta. There was 100% clean sea(no rocks, no seaweed, just sand) and the Sunsets were remarkable. Staff in this resort was always very helpful. We had garden view bungalows which were spacious, clean and a good value for the money. We planned to stay only 1 night at first, but stayed almost a week at the end. We met quite a lot of other ppl who also prolonged their stay at this resort. There are plenty of different restaurants around within walking distance, almost all of them on the beach, but some hidden gems were just few minutes on the road. 7/11 is located some 10 minutes walk. We were also very happy with the service of their travel agency, they always tried to help. Would definitely go here next time!

Lanta beach resort is the place to be in Koh Lanta. If you are expecting an all-inclusive kind of resort (which seem like most people were expecting from the reviews) THEN this ISNT the place for you. But if you are a backpacker or someone who is on a budget who would like to stay somewhere quiet and relaxing then YES this is the place for you. I loved this resort. The rooms were clean, the a/c was unreal, you get a kettle and a fridge in your room. The beds were also very comfortable! I stayed in the garden view so it was across the street from the beach. The beach is beautiful, just steps away from the swimming pool. The sunsets are stunning every night. There are lawn chair both on the beach and by the swimming pool. Also the beach is sand therefore easy to swim in the ocean. I was there during Thai New Year so yes there were couple kids in the swimming pool making noise and splashing. BUT very easy to ignore if I just put some music on. I would stay here again if I was coming back!

Wonderful location and excellent value”
My son and I took two rooms at Lanta Nice Beach resort and it was everything we could wish for. The position was great being right on an excellent streach of clean sandy beach and the rooms large, air conditioned and clean. The staff were lovely, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We took a tour unrelated to the resort and were mistakenly overcharged a few hundred Thai Baht. When the receptionist [who I suspecrt is possibly also an owner] heard about it she undertook the task of having the money returned. This is a family run establishment and is by no means an upmarket granite and marble job. It does however offer excellent value for money.

Hotel is a bit old and simple, but the restaurant is great, great thai food, great seafood, reasonable price!!! The view from this hotel is good! Lovely Sunset, We had a very relax holiday there! I probably will visit Koh Lanta again and will stay Lanta Nice Beach Resort surely!

A good value for money option”
We were initially disappointed to see the pool was relatively small and our room was rather old feeling (but at least very spacious). However the location of Lanta Nice Beach is perfect as it is on the best beach Kling Nin. This is a sandy beach without rocks and good to relax on. It was easy to swim in the sea then hop into the pool a bit later. We also enjoyed the food at the hotel it had a variety at breakfast and at dinner time we tried some delicious Indian food. The staff also spoke English and were helpful and informative. The beach massage was also very good. So all in all its not the prettiest or newest looking resort but it is worth it if you're on a budget.

Great for families with babies”
We enjoyed our stay at Nice Beach resort very much. We were there for one week with a 10-month old baby and it was such a wonderful time. The bungalows are simple, but nice and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The bathroom in our bungalow was a bit weird compared to our western standards, but it was okay. We did have to call the hotel handyman once because something broke with the toilet, but they fixed it. The location is really nice if you're travelling with a baby - our daughter enjoyed playing in the sand, being in the pool and the beach. They also have a tour agent who helped us with booking a snorkeling tour to Koh Rok (very nice island, I recommend visiting it for sure!), a tour on tuk-tuk around Koh Lanta and ferry tickets + transfer to Ao Nang. The agent was nice and helpful and we did get most of the tours for a cheaper price than listed. The restaurant is nice and directly on the beach, they have a fire show I think every night there, which was nice. Also, there is a massage right on the beach, which we also enjoyed very much. I would definitely visit again!
