Great place to stay in Hoi An ”
Travelling with a few friends we booked our stay at Lantana a day before arriving and managed to get a great deal on Agoda. The sales manager Minh reached out on the day of our booking to make the process smooth and help facilitate our arrival. We were welcomed on arrival and provided excellent rooms overlooking the pool. The location is ideal for those wishing to be close but not too close to the centre of Hoi An (it’s about 1km away). There is a regular shuttle bus that can take you into the old city of Hoi An or to An Bang beach - it’s also easy to get a Grab or Taxi anywhere. The pool and spa facilities are excellent and there is also a small gym that I managed to use a few times. Breakfast was included in our rate, and was excellent. The staff are very friendly, warm, engaging and helpful. They would always make themselves available for any advice or questions. The rooms are quiet, very clean and of high quality. After a busy day sightseeing I recommend the pool or a massage in the spa. Food and drinks service is of a high standard. I highly recommend staying here if you want to enjoy Hoi An but also want a quiet spot away from the centre of town.

Exceptional in Many Ways”
A highlight of our two week trip so far. Heading South to North, Hoi An is a delightful town and the choice of this hotel made it an exceptional stay for us. Firstly, the location is perfect if you prefer to be just outside of the bustling old town. It is a pleasant 10 minute stroll along the river to the centre with cafes and shops dotted along the way. The hotel itself is first class: great breakfast, exceptionally clean and well equipped. The daily spa experiences were fabulous and most professional. Our stay however was made very special due to the wonderful staff and their genuine warmth. All staff were so engaging and pleasant and our special thanks go to Minh and Mile whose personable approach made such a difference. Thank you to all for providing us with such a welcoming stay.

It was a very pleasant stay, which we could enjoy very much thanks to the very friendly and helpful staff. We can recommend the Lantanan Riverside to all travellers, whether for tourists or for business. The room was clean and very big, the view over the river beautiful. The hotel is in a quiet location just outside the bustling Hoi An's Town center. We had a room with River view which was great because we could watch a magnificent sunrise above the river. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent, very kind, polite and helpful. We would definitely stay there again if we ever come back to Hoi An.

Modern Riverside Hotel and Best Breakfast!”
This hotel was renovated in 2016 so is modern, clean, spacious, and the best breakfast in Hoi An. Excellent chef! Also excellent staff. NOTE: this hotel is a 15-minute walk from the Ancient City district. It is a beautiful walk along the river.

This hotel deserves more than 5 stars”
The title says it. We had a memorable and enjoyable stay at the hotel. A few days before our arrival, the hotel manager and staff Mile Nguyen and Emily wrote an email to ask about our requirements or needs. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly hospitable and warm. We booked a family connecting room that comes with a queen bed and two single beds facing the river. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was a really good spread with a good blend of western and vietnamese cuisine. Getting to Hoi An ancient town from the hotel is just a mere 20-30 minutes walk along thw river bank from the hotel. However, the hotel do provide hourly complimentary shuttle service to and fro to Hoi An ancient town and An Bang beach. There are bicycles for rental too at the reception. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and there are simply no regrets staying at this hotel.

Book a room with review and balcony. Absolutely worth slightly higher rate. Staff wonderful and excellent breakfast. Only complaint Australian couple gave swimming lessons to local Vietnamese young children resulting with extremely noisy ye Lling and screaming for 2 hours. We eventually left and beware they are staying there for 4 months so no relaxing at the pool.

The staff here are out of this world, nothing is too much trouble for them, they are so tentative without being intrusive and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is river-front and isolated from the "busy" Hoi An centre, so I have chance to enjoy the landscape as well as the peaceful atmosphere of the riverside. We were warmly welcome with the nicest and useful staff. The check in process was also quick and easy. Room is clean and fully furnished with the romantic balcony (which is I loved the most). Swimming pool is not so big, but it's quite and clean. Even the hotel is little far from Hoi An Centre, but there is shuttle bus for your ease to reach the old town. The hotel also offer bicycle for rent and other services. I have had a great trip with my family in Hoi An.

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We were originally only gonna stay one one night because we like checking out different hotels as part of our adventure, but we liked this one so much that we ended up staying 3 nights! FYI...There are two hotels with the same name so be sure to tell taxi driver the Lantana RIVERFRONT. We talked to several people who made the mistake of going to the wrong one.

Spent two nights in this charming hotel, wish we'd stayed longer! Super friendly service (they remember your name in the breakfast room!), lovely receptionists, clean rooms. If you can, pay the extra cost for river view. It's worth every penny to wake up to the beautiful view for a coffee on your porch! There are shuttles every hour to main town but you can also walk into old town (about 15-20 mins)if you don't mind the heat. Though we recommend taking bikes (you can rent for just $1/day). We loved our stay and would definitely return!

Delightful hotel in great location with lovely staff ”
This hotel is an absolute gem. A beautiful building with a tasteful calming lobby which instantly puts you at ease when you walk in from the street. The staff are delightful and friendly, no request is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and clean. Ours had a view over the river where we could see the fishing boats passing by and the hills in the distance. The pool is a treat, especially after a hot day wandering around the streets of Hoi An. Would definitely return if we visit the area again.
