Good location”

Good location and service, just a pity the shower room is next to toilet, so we had to step on wet floor when using toilet, it's quite dangerous for children. Additionally, I moved the bed to wall before sleep then found it's not clean under the bed. many hairs....

可以悠閒的出遊”

原訂雙床標準房型，但因浴室沒有淋浴間，只有在浴缸上有伸縮蓮蓬頭，且沒有立架，深感不便，後來好幸虧飯店協助我們換了房間，完成此次的耍廢行程。剛踏進飯店大門，有覺得裡面蒙著一層灰，原來是近日蝸牛颱風帶來的大風大雨，隔天早上出門時，有發現動起來清理了，下午回來也發現地板打亮了，房間電視應該有超過55吋，智能操作，超適合追劇耍廢，雖不是面海第一排，但視野也算不錯，旁邊就是遊艇星巴客，步行約十分鐘也可到達頭城老街，早餐偏中式居多，品項算多，整體都算不錯。

清潔度真的要加強 因為剛好旺季住宿 結果浴缸和浴室內地板都有毛髮 當天入住四人家庭房卻無法安心泡澡 早餐為了分流只能限定一小時完餐（包含取餐） 帶2位小孩一起扣掉取餐幫小孩準備 真的吃東西時間不到40分鐘 小孩也不是都能準時快速用餐 泳池早上也沒開放 覺得CP值真的不高 花快7000結果沒泡澡沒享用泳池 早上退房電梯3部卻等了15分鐘下不去 只好先搭上去到頂樓再下去

酒店的設施不優”

電梯太小等待上下樓需要耗掉很多時間，泳池入口沒有明確的指示，沒有置物箱可置放衣物，同等價位的飯店比較優

服務 超棒～超貼心～”

櫃檯人員很親切熱心，有需求馬上處理好，房間乾淨舒適，兩床合併整理得很好，房務人員很貼心。 房間外有陽台，坐在椅子上可以放空很放鬆。浴缸很大，奈米牛奶浴泡得很舒服。唯一的缺點是淋浴間和廁所只用浴簾區隔，水很容易流到地面上... 泳池有人數控管及分流使用，每時段會清場30分鐘清潔，兒童遊戲室有球池還有switch，人不多小朋友玩得很開心！ 飯店旁邊就是星巴克，愛喝咖啡的人有福了 早餐、晚餐BUFFET很不錯(個人覺得甜點稍弱一些)，取餐要戴口罩及手套，防疫措施到位。 有時間一定要到R樓看海放空喝下午茶，老闆會幫忙拍照喔！很專業很熱心～ P.S 櫃檯簡小姐人超好，讓人賓至如歸，遇到的服務人員都很親切很客氣，下次一定會再去住宿

生產完後的放鬆好地方❤️❤️”

入住兩晚，防務在第一天下午打掃，大約2.3人進來打掃，不僅快速又乾淨，還會更換拖鞋（拖鞋是那種可以穿出門的那種超讚），櫃檯服務也很親切，停車方便，房間乾淨舒服又很大，真的很推薦雙人套房，陽台超大的好喜歡❤️❤️❤️景觀美😘早餐普普，但其他都非常非常滿意唷！頂樓調酒很好喝😂😂會再次入住 期待😚
