Value for money?
The hotel is ok but definitely not worth the price range. But is conveniently close to the Thai Consolate. It is also surrounded with a couple of good coffee shops if it is your thing. Staff have basic English and is friendly. My experience is first that Laos is creaming tourist. Prices from food to transport is hyper inflated.

Nothing too crazy, just a nice clean hotel. Not in main tourist district.

Beyond the call of duty
Arrived early and staff overlooked the time and got us into our room early. Thanks to the staff. They would of been absolutely correct to ask us to return in about three hours.

Decent Place. Close to the Thai Consulate
I was a little surprised to find that the guy spoke to at the front desk could not tell me how to get to the consulate, especially as I later discovered (after 120baht / 2min tuk tuk ride!) was only about 500m from the hotel! The rooms are nice although I would expect a fridge at this price range. Overall the hotel is good, the breakfast buffet offers a range of options and you're really close to the consulate and within walking distance of the main part of town.

It was not quite OK.
Staff are very kind, the rooms are not that great too small for the price .Have to ask for toilet paper. The bathroom has shower that not separate dry / wet area, when I take a shower the water splashed every where whole bathroom was wet include toilet seat. Yak !!!! . We end up w/ upgrade to deluxe room, it is bigger room but not great, the granite counter top has extra sink but no running water & never ever been clean ( wipe out ) ,stained all over it. Bathroom ceiling has leaked from above & moldy for long time never been fixed. They have coffee maker ,coffee cups but no coffee , no spoon for supply . I had to ask for them. Sorry Breakfast were good.

Good value for money
The hotel is near the Thai consular section but a bit far from the city center to walk. We stayed with 2 small children in the family room and it was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They didn't mind that we checked out an hour later so we could go straight to the Thai embassy. I would recommend this hotel if you need to be at the Thai consular section.

Large room
i usually stay in this hotel since last 3 years, this time when i booked the facility of room shown in the website is different from actual. when i asked the front office person not helpful and ignored. the staff also bit rude which i never experienced before at the same hotel. on the other day hotel key doesnot work. have to wait for long not given replacement key. everytime i have to request reception to open the door which is annoying. otherwise this is good hotel for official visit where you have good restaurants just in front of hotel.
