Clean, comfortable, frendly and good priced accommodation.
I liked the consideration for business trippers, breakfast food at the retaurant, the fitness room facilities, and the free shuttle service to the airport. Thank you and see you again!

Does not impress with this hotel:- No freedom and comfort if you stay together with the government conduct activities in the hotels. Bathroom too small. Restaurant staffs not friendly and welcome. Will not stay in this hotel again. Price in the restaurant were too expensive than Thailand 4* hotels. Taste of the foods not professional chef cooking. Example:- sushi, spegati, Chinese bun, and others more........

Not bad, clean, free room upgrade due to peak period. 2nd time staying here. Customer service responsiveness were fast enough and did best to accommodate requests.

This hotel though was a joke from start to finish. The staff could not care less to help you or give you information and when we did squeeze info out of them it was false and led us to waste our time. The cherry on the cake was when the airport bus we booked which was supposed to leave at 7:30 left at 7:15 without us and rather than do the decent thing and send us in a hotel car or pay a taxi we had to pay our own. I hate this hotel and if you have to go to Lao stay somewhere else.
