Good job
We had a good stay, the rooms are clean and very comfy. the staffs are helpful except for the front desk clerk at that time. she was not even smilling and not attentive to what we are saying. I suggest you should have training on proper customer service, but the rest are all good.

High stairs. Rooms on 3rd floor up not friendly to senior citizens. Need to have elevator to move guests to higher floor. Food fantastic for the price.

Nice location and big rooms.
I stayed here for two nights. The hotel is conveniently located in the city proper. My room was big. However, the bathroom sink's drain seems to be not working. There are also no elevators in the hotel. They encourage you to walk. While it is a healthy idea, there are times that you are just too tired to climb the stairs.

Renzo, You need to Updpgrade
I have always stay in RENZO whenever I arrive from the airport. I vist my province once in awhile for the past 8 yrs. Hence, for the past 8yrs., I stay in Renzo if I visit. Lately, I was rather disappointed. The towels were rather old and discolored. No foot rug or hand towel as well. The handheld shower head needed to be cleaned or best upgraded. The bed sheet and pillow cases needed to be replaced since same with the towels had seen better days. Anyway, the staff were really nice and the breakfast was good

Convenient.
The place is okay w/c is located in the city, the room is also good. And a sumptuous breakfast w/c indeed satisfy your cravings with local & Filipino dish. However there is no elevator for the hotel, especially for the accompanied old guys w/c is inconvenient.

Satisfactory
It could have been a better experience if they are training their front desk task to be more helpful for first time guest who are asking for directions and opinions on the where-to's if that is your first time in Ilocos

Big disappoinment
Good location with many fast food chains and groceries nearby. No elevator so guests must walk up a minimum 4 flight of stairs. WI-FI speed connection is extremely slow. Ants and cockroaches in my room. Staffs are unmotivated and unhappy which adversely affects customer service.

One of the better hotels in Laoag
The hotel is very good considering standards in the Philippines. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are simple and clean with sturdy furniture. I've appreciated good and fast Wi-Fi. Free breakfast was available in attached diner with limited selections. For some reason, there was a strong sewage odor by the staircase upon check in. There is no elevator which makes it difficult with heavy luggage. The management is aware of this issue and "helpfully" reminds you with fliers on every floor on the quality of the exercise you are getting and how much calories you are burning.
