"Was lovely room just what we needed for an overnight stay,next time I will have to book the room with en-suite,the breakfast was amazing,in all my years I have never eaten granola,I have now been hooked,staff couldn’t be more welcoming,will definitely be booking here in the near future 😊"

The lodge is ageing gracefully. It has good position on the sea front, and is run by a very nice lady, who does a good breakfast. Its handy to the railway station (5 min walk), and has good views over the sea. I found my room large, but cold in the morning. The furnishings a bit dated, and the bed a bit uncomfortable, hence my low scores.
