Good”
Since we were just 2, we felt less priority. From the room to breakfast. They always prioritize the group. They kept us move to a diff table because we were just 2 vs the 5 people. Its fine for us to be moved with at least assistance becuase we dont know where the table they were referring to. Not satisfied with the room for 7,150. Willing to pay from 5-6k. I was with my girl best friend. Not recommended for 2.

We were happy with our accomodations.”
The registration area is confusing and time consuming for people arriving before the 2pm check-in. The shower stall in our accsssoria #8 had extremely slippery floor tiles, especially for senior citizens, but really, for anyone using it. There were no hand railings to grab on to for support. The charge for the use of the golf carts for the elderly is outrageous. For the same price, you can use a similar cart on a golf course for more than 4 hours and travel 7.0 kilometers, much farther than one can travel around Las Casas.

Great place with a few issues to fix...”
Beautiful hotel area with large and nice rooms, big houses and cobblestone streets to walk around. Pool area nice, good quality Italian restaurant and nice tapas bar. For the price (basically 160-350 USD per night) you would expect improvements: Breakfast is substandard, coffee almost toxic and little healthy options, it caters to Filipino taste only. Transport: only old, hot and polluting jeepneys, they should extend the tram link and abolish the noisy jeepneys. Check-in and check-out is a complete mess and easily takes a full hour, as you’ll be surrounded by hundreds of day trippers all waiting to board the same few jeepneys. They should have a separate reception for hotel guests only to avoid confusion with day guests. Water: only a mini bottle is complementary, you need to buy dozens of small bottles in the hot climate which is all but sustainable and defies their slogan to preserve the future. Other than that a great escape from the city!

It is very inconvinient to do check-in. Other part of the area is quite Nice”
Checking in and transferring things from car to the room is very inconvinient esp with young kids and babies, need to leave car at the entrance/reception which is quite far from the rooms.unload all the stuff, wait for a jeepney(queue) which we all know is not the most convinient way of travel, that is 650m+ travel to the room. Car drop off to the room would be better, take note that during checkin time it is 2pm so it is damn hot (for our case). Also notice several fies in the breakfast canteen area. Im sure the admin can something about it.

It would have been perfect if only there are bidets installed in their bathroom. The place was great. Architecture was amazing. Lots of activities to be done. Very friendly and accomodating staff.

highly recommended”
the place is not just for relaxation but also brings historical awareness for those who comes and visit. one night stay is not enough, i recommend you book two nights. my only comment is the food which is pricey. I suggest you eat dinner outside. There were less choices for breakfast, however, the food is quite good. will book again if given a chance.

Exceptional”
Everything is so beautiful in the place. Guests will not have a hard time thinking of what to do in the massive resort, especially on weekends as there are many activities. The room we stayed in Casa San Luis was also spacious, I only hoped for brighter lights in the room. Again, Las Casas is a perfect vacation place. Also accessible even when commuting. I'll be glad to come back! ♥

History by the sea”
Want a combination of Spanish architecture, Filipino culture, and Venice type view? Las Casas can provide all of this. One would have trouble choosing what to savor, the sea or the heritage houses. Although the food and rooms are a bit pricey for the average traveler, one can consider it worth it. This is the place where seeing historical houses and summer swimming by the sea are combined to satisfy any tourist.

If you have extra money”
It's a long drive from Baguio to Bagac, Bataan. From the National Road, you need to drive approx 1km very rough road. Then you'll stop to a "Guardia Civil" for verification. Receptionist in Filipiniana will give you the highlights and details of the amenities. Pros - *IG worthy, picture-perfect place. No wonder during my stay, I saw prenup shoot, a movie of Solen and Benjamin Alves was being filmed, and also a Travel Show of Dimples Romana and Bobby Yan was shot there. *Real Heritage Resort - it's like living in an old era community. *Beach and pool access *Accommodating staff *Free WIFI with average speed Free Welcome drink Free freshn up towels *Good food *Water activites - fees involve (see photo w/ rates) *You'll have option to roam around, walking free jeepney/train ride Balsa w/ fee golf cart w/ fee Cons - *EXPENSIVE 7500 up room rate food and souvenirs water activities *the room have clogged drain in our bathroom *bad TV reception *off-on internet connection

Scenic place to stay with history, beaches, not the usual hotel stay. But I will visit them again.”
An ongoing effort for property owner to restore, maintain, manage, explore and amaze the traveller. Works not yet completed in near future, still very nice scenic view of the place. MUST stay at least a day or two to spend time going around the different CASA. Good camera and matching attire is a must. Great for courting couples or some who like to spend time with love one and taking pictures. This property brings you back to 18th century.
