Cozy Little Hotel in the Middle of the City”

Conveniently located in the heart of the city, Las Casitas II is located very near malls and restaurants. What I love about this hotel: 1. Friendly and efficient staff. The place is a well-oiled machine because of them. 2. Location. Everywhere I want to go is just one ride away. 3. Room is simple, clean, and comfortable. Can't hear the noise outside. 4. Food, oh glorious FOOD! There's a tiny cafe on the ground floor area. They serve great food. I love the ham and cheese French toast, mozzarella poppers, and Thai iced tea.

The staff were accommodating and friendly. They upgraded us for a night since their system wasn't able to record my 2 reservations. Rooms are clean. We were able to roam around the city since the location is near a major street. Only thing I'd like to point out is we almost got lost; it's called "Las Casitas de Angela II" in Agoda while the sign outside the hotel is "Las Casitas Inn II".

      Good service and great location

The rooms are just small but are relaxing. Staff are so accomodating to every needs of the guests and they are serving always with a smile. The location of the hotel is very accesible to all needs of the traveler - the mall (just ride a "sikad") and to gimik spots (torres st.). The hotel would offer also car rental for your city tour needs at a reasonable price (just inquire from the friendly receptionist:)). Overall we enjoy our stay in this hotel and I would absolutely recommend this to our friends.

Nice, Very Clean, and Quiet Place to Stay in Davao”

Clean rooms, friendly and accommodating staff. Safe and accessible location.

When we arrived ahead earlier than scheduled and our room was still unavailable, we were offered a different room with the same rate. That was definitely considerate. The hotel itself was very clean and looked well-kept. The rooms were not big but were just right for travellers. We did not plan to stay indoors most of the time anyway. It was also a good starting point to explore Davao. It was very accessible by public and private transport and a short walk away from the main road.

      Not-s0 lovely hotel”

      nice location

my wife and I, are fond of checking in hotels in davao city since we meet monthly due to my work here in manila. Last week i booked in this nice looking small hotel named Las casitas de Angela II. At the front desk, the receptionist asked me for a printed booking and i told her that i have the copy in my android( i usually do this on my all bookings). The lady told me that they can not check us in the hotel if i cant present them with a printed booking ,i practically waited 30 minutes for them to realize that i can send them through email the copy and let them print it..our date get worst as we enter the room, it was small with small beds with small comfort room. The aircon was improperly placed directly almost touching my legs and we have to rearrange the beds..i cannot recommend the twin beds room...im not sure with the more expensive rooms...the gotel is kinda flop.

Best Location, Great Hotel, Best Price”

central location in Davao, spotless new and clean hotel, great amenities, great price!

This hotel is very close to Davao's two famous malls, Gmall and Victoria Plaza, both are just approx 5mins by foot. Food choices are abundant, from nearby inexpensive but great eateries (carinderias), to middle and high-end restaurants and coffee shops. The lobby is tastefully decorated and very cozy for relaxing in the evening or night. The guards were very nice and helpful. Rooms were spotless, new and very clean. The pricing can't be beat - Davao's best price/value so far in my experience. I recommend this to any traveler, tourist or business.

Got a gigger room from the "pull out bed" Need to complain

after we got a bigger room with two beds, we were "satisfied with it". you need to bring your own soap, shampoo, big towels as what were supplied with "postage sized". no blankets, so if you want to be warm you need to turn off the aircon on & off. there was a waiting room for your visitors to wait for you.internets were accessed in the "lobby" which was very warm. the staff were very friendly and helpul who tried their best to make us comfortable. what is the best part of the hotel? it was near a mall for meals and you can walk or take a tricyle which was dirt cheap.

      acessibility

The first time that I book this hotel, I took the matrimonial accommodation, but when I check in, we were accommodated in a twin bed in the first floor, which I like also because it's easy for us. So recently I book on a twin sharing, anticipating that it will be the same room, but instead it is still twin bed but on the third floor and the room is smaller compared to the first one. But anyway still the service is good, the room is clean only that the bed is not soft.

      Well located in city center”

      location, cleanness, good staff performance

This was my 2nd time to stay at this hotel. We came back to this hotel after we enjoyed our 1st stay. However, we were put into the bad room where sun comes in easily in 3rd floor and noisy due to the location in front of main road, but we were able to move to another room which quite and enjoyable. They didn't provide soap and shampoo at 1st night, but were given the following days. They cleaned our room everyday, which we like it.

      Safe, clean, nice

The room size is ok, the room (and the hotel) look very good Internet in the lobby only. Safe hotel, not afraid to leave lap top etc in the room. Breakfast typical Philippinese (rice, omelette etc) Close to the (old) Victoria mall and restaurants

Tasteful hotel with a Quaint Pinoy Appeal”

      Nice Interiors, Friendly Staff

My boyfriend and I had a great time at this hotel. The room is quite spacious and really clean. We go out at 10 AM and return after lunch-time to a clean and well-made up room. They even keep our tumble of shoes in order. I really loved the Pinoy-Modern interiors. Such a charming place!

New hotel with very tiny rooms”

      New

The rooms were very tiny and we complained so they moved us to a larger room. Beds had no blankets and you have to turn off the aircon if you get cold and on when the room gets warm. My nephews in another tiny room asked for pillows and they said they have to pay for them. No cold free drinking water was provided as in other hotels, instead they were selling bottled water. They will provide hot water however. Towels were also postage size, so bring your own. The lobby was very hot!
