Not worth the price”
The aircon filter was super dirty with dust, the reason why it was not cool enough. The aircon power on knob was not functional. The small CRT TV is blurred and poor channel signal. Room was too small. The staff were not welcoming and friendly. Only the security guard was courteous and welcoming.

Location is ok but..... 1. Shower knob are not functioning properly 2. Towels are not good 3. Bed set up is worst 4. Mattress and pillows are too soft 5. Airconditioning is not functioning properly 6. Rooms and CR are dirty

Near a karaoke, very noise”
I was planning to stay many days there. Was near impossible to sleep because the karaoke in the corner street and I check out to go to another hotel in the morning. If you want to sleep at night I do not recommend this place.

leaky ceiling.”
It was raining the night i stayed there. after a while, the ceiling started leaking. i was on the 4th floor. i had to move one of the beds and place a trash can to catch the drops of water. i booked a room with a queen bed but they gave me a room with 2 single beds. The sheets smelled like they havent dried up properly so they kinda reek. They also told me they'd send the remote for the tv to my room but it never came. I had to use my phone. The AC was great though. oh and when i moved the bed,there was a plastic spoon underneath.

Really for those on a budget”
Cheap, good location
The location is fine but in terms of experience in staying, not quite so. Bed was kinda dusty, there was a cockroach in the restroom, cobwebs and spider near the headboard, and our landline wasn't working--so we had to make calls through our mobile phones if we needed housekeeping or room service. If you are really on a budget I guess this will do, but I think you can find a way better budget hotel for the price we paid.

You can easily locate the area of the hotel
The hotel staff was accommodating. But when i went inside the room the furnitures are not all updated. Like the lamp shade it doesn't functioning. I want to use it because the main light was too bright to use. The television channels are cable but limited. The bath towels and other toiletries are not available. I need to request it from the front desk. The value of amount paid is not equal to your stay.

Needs basic service updates”
staff- friendly--HOT WATER!!!- entertainment close by
All in all not too bad-- took the second day to get a towel to take a shower- had to buy my own soap!-- Bedding not changed every day-- no real covers for the bed. Literally could change the channels on the TV- by sitting on the edge of the bed (room that small!) Small window unit AC--Davao has DAILY power outages!!--1-4 hrs-- 3rd floor heats up QUICK with no AC!! Staff does not know how to make an over easy egg!!! Good point fast wifi-- mosquietos present in lobby and dinning area. Staff mopped the front lobby-walks outside 1st step and shakes out the dirt!!! Street construction outside- finished when I leave.
