Nice quiet location in Tuguegarao”
Excellent food and great facilities (pool was clean even though it is surrounded by large trees), and the room was also of a very large size (Matrimonial - best room type to get if you like larger rooms, others are a bit too 'cozy' for me). However, the resort is a 10 - 15 minute tricycle ride (there are NO taxis in Tuguegarao) away from the 'major' locations and even though they do offer a 'drop off' service, you have to abide by their schedule and depending where you want to go, may incur a small fee. Finding a tricycle may also be somewhat of an adventure due to locale. Room had been 'prepped' for our arrival and even though we did get there 1 hour early, the room's air-con was running and it was a nice relief to get out of the humidity. As stated in opening remark, food was excellent and also very, very reasonably priced, and for those 'Kano's' missing home, they do have 'bacon and eggs' (using REAL bacon). TL;DR - Excellent location, excellent food, excellent price.

I booked here with my friends to attend a wedding event nearby. We were 5 adults in a room and it was very comfortable. I am glad we chose this place. If only I could stay longer, I will. I felt relaxed and at peace. I commend the spacious, clean, and beautiful amenities. The receiving area, the rooms, the corridors, the pool, the bathrooms/CRs, the tables and chairs, the staff and service, everything was so well! The price was also very sulit! Among other hotels in Tuguegarao, this is the best place!

Everything was very good except for the fact that the pool side closes at 9pm. I suggest it be closed for outsiders at 9pm but open for guests any time within their stay. It would have been a perfect 5 stars.

Good place to get away from the bustling city center. Staff are wonderful and the food is good. Facilities are nice and the lobby smells like a spa. Overall we had a wonderful experience

Showing its age.”
Last stayed here 3 years ago and the deterioration in the surrounds and infrastructure is obvious. Plumbing hardware 'hanging' out of the wall, electrical outlets 'open' (wiring visible) or broken. Original lighting in restaurant doesn't work, using 'party string lights' to provide illumination (low wattage bulbs used, so very dim). Inhouse chef has some type of aversion to using salt (or other spices) when cooking, had to continually ask for salt and pepper to make the meals palatable otherwise they would be tasteless 'pap'. Inhouse pool surrounds are getting 'junglefied' as the 'gardener' doesn't seem to know how to prune or cut grass properly (main are of lawn is mowed nicely, however verges haven't seen a blade for 3-4 months and grass is nearly knee high) Rooms are showing their age, need a decor change (all brown and white currently making for a dark room). No coffee making items, however there is a small bar fridge, although you need to turn this on yourself. (luckily I have learnt to pack a small electric kettle and some satchets of instant coffee) TL;DR:- Showing it's age and the restaurant food is of average (close lot below average) quality and most items are tasteless. Staff is still of a very good nature and willing to help (excepting for the guy who sits outside the rooms annex (supposed security) and does nothing but keep his chair warm, was overloaded with shopping and he just looked at us and didn't even bother to help or summon help and subsequently whilst fighting my way up 3 flights I fell over on a top step and smashed my knee, luckily I'm a tough 60yo and I wasn't seriously hurt. -- Management needs to fire this guy.)

A relaxing stay after a long journey”
The drive to Tuguegarao was very long, making the kids cranky and asking "are we there yet" almost every ten minutes. But upon arriving at the hotel, our family was able to feel the relaxing ambiance of thd hotel at once. The pool was clean and inviting, and the rooms big enough for our family of 4. It was almost xmas and the lobby was beautifully decorated, very 'chrismassy' esp. at night. Kudos and keep up the great job Las Palmas!

Las Palmas have a modern and vintage vibe with indoor pool, karaoke and wide food selection, rooms are spacious and elegant, with hot and cold shower. Location is near Tuguegarao downtown and airport, they offer free shuttle service for guests. Cheers!

Tried the kusina cagayana but falls below the food at Las Palmas. Food- highly recommended Crispy plapla and crispy binagoongan. Serving is good for 2-3 people. Reasonably priced. You can also order their longganisa which they serve for breakfast as pasalubong. Breakfast is served and they have choices of beef , longganisa corned beef etc. and beef which I ordered were good and serving is more than enough for 1 person. They have free airport shuttles. Staff - very accommodating and well trained. Room - has cable about 60 channels. With Aircon water heater toilet tissue and amenities like toothbrush shampoo soap and toothpaste Price is super reasonable. Highly recommended. Will come back for food. And staff. Kudos to the management and staff-elvie Omar mario Michelle Karen marissa etc.
