the agoda map has peter pan in the wrong location - it is not on isolated klong yai kee beach in the north but at tourist central klong chao further south (mainly obscured by cloud on agoda's satellite map). this is not only a very nice beach but close to a fair range of restaurants, bars and other services, not to mention the very nice klong chao waterfall. we had the cheapest type of room available, fan, cold shower, but it was clean and comfortable, and we were able to take advantage of all the same guest services as everyone else, except the private pools. provided free were beach towels, internet, large tv with lots of channels in restaurant area,tea and coffee all day,ice-cream in the afternoon, enormous buffet breakfast, and transfer to our next resort. the restaurant is a bit expensive, but there are plenty of cheaper outside ones close by. our mosquito net needed some sewing repairs and had seen better days.

Private Atmosphere, quiet, lovely staff, perfect service. Everything! I had the beach pool villa and it was just way too relaxing! The place has an amazingly soothing vibe with a gorgeous view of Khlong Chao Beach. The beach is secluded and the main restaurant is beautiful with a gorgeous view! Its a must visit if u just want to relax in peace! The pizza in the Italian restaurants are amazing. The front desk was responsive and efficient.

This is a fantastic little hotel located on one of the island's best beaches and designed in an inspired beach hut chic. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the views are gorgeous. The staff are wonderfully attentive and the food is very good, if a little expensive compared to other options in the village. We found occasional imperfections such a wonky tap and wobbly loo seat, and the showers are a law unto themselves, but this may be down to the water pressure on the island. If you are looking for a flawless five star experience then you might wish to look elsewhere, but then Koh Kood's natural beauty may not be for you. If, on the other hand, you are looking for a slightly rustic but essentially luxurious, maximum relaxation, minimum nightlife experience, then both the island and the hotel make an ideal choice.

Just Fan room is enough for me to stay in May, kind staff , nice breakfast, the can help me a lot, like I come with 3 friends and I didn't book one more room, when I arrived there she gave me the 1 left room in same price which I booked from agoda which is cheaper and she also help if I need motorcycle and also discount for longer rent There were many dogs , basically I hate dogs but staying here for 3 night can fix me lol The wifi wasn't work well in the room but work best at the center, they are fixing I suggest this fortravellers who like to be in real natural, like jungle , avoid from social (include internet) and wanna save money for other activities in at island. Good location bcuz the Klong Chao beach is kinda best of the island But it's hard to get to this guesthouse bcuz u have to walk/ride across a little river which I think it's dangerous if u were drunk The guesthouse is quite I went the island at 20-23 May 2016 ,there are many construction ex specially the road, so it quite hard to travel within the island

Pros: • excellent location, a five minute walk from the beautiful Klong Chao Beach - there are also good restaurants within a ten minute walk in all directions • two dorm rooms with two bunk beds each, so eight people at most on any given night - a good amount given the size of the overall building • water refill station (10 baht each time) • good water pressure in the shower • railings, clothing racks, and ropes to hang your clothes • Trash Hero Ko Kut participant (a weekly garbage pickup event organized by them that gives purpose to any trip to the island) • Jam and Manu (staff members) were very helpful with my requests • adorable dogs and a cat (named Fat Boy) around the property Cons: • sometimes we would have no water, but when the staff were alerted they responded promptly • there are houses behind the dorm, which were a bit loud some evenings
