Check in was easy, Elena host was very accomodating and helpful. All my needs were met. The apartment was clean, bed was super comfy, a few treats were left for me which was a lovely touch. I had a very enjoyable stay and would book again for sure. Perfect location, everything in walking distance. Thank you.

There was work being carried out on the outside of the building which i was unaware of when booking. I wasnt going to mention this as it didnt really affect me as i was out during the day and no work was carried out at the weekend, only on the Friday. I would stay again even though this was happening.

Booked this apartment multiple times and I’m never displeased. One of the very few places I stay within Birmingham city centre and planning on staying here again when required. Hosts are always pleasant and welcoming, the price is absolutely great, a lot cheaper than most apartments within the vicinity. The apartment in itself is amazing and just very cosy. Thank you Elena and Jerry!
