We would rate this as the best stay we had while in Vietnam. The hotel was super clean and staffs were very helpful in every aspects.

Everything is good, except the noise”
The hotel is quite clean, the staff is so so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, you can even borrow the bicycle for free to go around the coast. However, the door is bad at soundproofing. There is one weird door between two beautiful rooms, and you can hear the sound of light switch, chatting or any activities of the room next door. I cannot sleep for the whole night, confused whether the door opens from the other side or not.

FYI - Ther are 2 Lavender Hotels under the same name. The Lavender Bai Chay Ha Long Hotel is located in the Sun World plaza and the Lavender Hotel is located across from Sun World theme park. The Lavender Bai Chay place is quite cozy and offers good value for your money. Spacious room with balcony access. It’s quite convenient to walk to Sun World theme park for the cable car and to everything else. My only feedback is that the staff doesn’t speak English when I was there but for basic accommodation needs, it works very well.

Halong area is still vacant.”
The area around our hotel had many store fronts closed and vacant. It was a convenient walk to the nearby attractions. Their bicycles were in poor condition. The staff was friendly but the pool was under repair.

Great Price for Value in an upcoming area of Ha Long”
The area is mostly empty for now, but still you can reach everything (food, bar, club and market) by foot. Also the sunworld is close. We had the honeymoon suite and we highly recommend it! Tv with Netflix, BIG BED, and a bath tub :) 9/10 would stay again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

So we booked the room like a week ahead and when we arrived they told us that we would have to pay like 20€ more a day on top of everything that we already paid. They wouldn't let us in when we refused to do so and said we will get our money back. Still waiting for it.

Location is good for Halong Bay, but there's NOTHING else around”
Decided to stay here for our Halong Bay visit. The location is obviously great for doing so. Unfortunately, this hotel is located in an absolute ghost town. No shops to buy water in probably 1km distance. Very limited choice of restaurants. Felt like we were staying on an abandoned movie set. Hotel itself was alright. Had to ask for the room in the pictures we booked after initially being giving a smaller, older one. The staff was friendly.

하롱지역이 비수기라 그런지 인근상점 대부분이 손님이 없어 문닫거나 장사를 거의하지않아 실망했는데, 이곳 호텔에서 예약한 하롱베이유람선관광과 하노이픽업을 저렴하게 이용할수 있었습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절하고 시설도 깨끗하여 매우 하노이지역호텔보다 만족도가 높습니다. 자전거도 무료대여 가능하여 인근지역 다니기도 좋습니다

Phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên vui vẻ nhiệt tình , đặt biệt là bạn Van Khanh , bạn ấy cực kỳ dễ thương nhiệt tình và có giọng nói thật nhẹ nhàng…Khách sạn có xe đạp đôi miễn phí , đạp đi xuống bãi biễn rất vui . Ks nằm cách nơi ăn uống tầm 1,3km va nằm cách trung tâm tầm 2km . Chung ta có thể đi bộ ( đường đi rất sạch sẽ thoáng ) hoặc đi taxi , grap tuỳ chọn .
