Super friendly and good location”
Walking distance to Gallay Laf, and shopping area. Many stations around. Restaurants, almost everywhere. Quite place. Room very clean and classy. Overall experience wonderful. will come back for this hotel again.

Excellent Hotel”
We stayed for a week. The hotel is quite new and very clean. Rooms are great and well equipped. Location is good, close to multiple Metro stations and walking distance from Monmarte, Pigalle and Galleries Lafaytte. More then everything- the hotel staff are the best!

We had a great stay at LAZ' from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully done and more spacious than most in this price range in Paris, especially for the location, which was amazing! We loved our stay and would definitely come back and recommend LAZ' to friends.

great place but... check AC requirement”
IMO - the reception staff is friendly and helpful. Location is great! Great coffee machine and the staff is there to help you make one even at 5 am. But the hotel has glaring issues. Central Air conditioning is a joke and their in-house technician was clueless. Manager said that the minimum the AC can go is 22 degrees, which is just maintaining room temperature. They did however, 2 out of 3 days, gave me a portable AC to cool down the room, offering me 2 dyson fans for 1 day. BED - its not a queen bed, its 2 single mattresses on a queen bed, which leaves a significant amount of vertical space in between. Nit picking - Compact room - was just able to fit in 2 big and 2 small bags Shower - the shower water temp can fluctuate randomly Breakfast - the breakfast was adequate, nothing wow Spa - the spa had 2 sauna rooms - one of which didn't have working lights Housekeeping - did make the bed but didn't take out the dirty dishes and replace the toilet paper.

Amazing service at a beautiful hotel ”
We loved our stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Beautiful rooms and comfy bed. It was also tucked away from the main road so it was nice and quiet. Lovely bar with great cocktails, a courtyard patio for warm days and a stunning underground pool. The pool is nice for a dip, but not for swimming laps if that’s what you are after, and the gym is small, but fine for a limited workout. Overall an amazing hotel. Highly recommend.

BEL ETABLISSEMENT EN COURS DE RODAGE”
Très bel hôtel, superbement décoré, belles prestations, idéalement placé, mais des améliorations et formation à prévoir impérativement (pas de peignoirs dans la chambre, problème de chauffage 17degrés en arrivant (et à notre retour de soirée..), 1 produit douche/shampooing pour 2 personnes... accès piscine fermé à 10 Heures .... pas de peignoirs non plus... (faut réclamer) et pas de clés pour les casiers... La réflexion de l'hôtesse d'accueil lors de nos remarques : c'est notre politique "d'économies" de l'électricité et des produits !!! Dommage car l'hôtel est très joli et la barwoman super pro, les cocktails sont magiques et délicieux ! MA

Chambre communicante mal isolee”
Nous avions dormi 1 nuit dans cet hôtel. Habitués au hôtels de luxe cet hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur attendue. D'abord le spa avec aucune surveillance et enfants autorisés. Le bazar et le boucan des enfants avec le mauvais sonorisation rendait l'espace inaudible. Dans la chambre douche pas étanche avec carrelage non adapté pour une salle de bain car on glissait avec les chaussons. Au petit déjeuner à 9h30 il n'y avait plus rien, le service en réapprovisionnement de la nourriture était lent car l'hôtel était plein. Le personnel n'est donc pas assez formée pour une telle affluence dans la gestion du ravitaillement notamment dans le stand "chaud" : il n'y avait plus rien. Bref hôtel vient de s'ouvrir et le gestionnaire devrait séjourner dans d'autre hôtel de luxe afin de s'en inspirer car là on n'arrive même pas à savoir si les 4 étoiles obtenues par l'hôtel n'est pas un pot de vin. Notre chambre 107 communiquait avec la 106 et la porte entre les 2 était mal isolée ! l'horreur absolu...

Le lien est neuf et très joliment décoré, rien à dire,au contraire, très agréable et propre. Par contre des notre arrivée, le réceptionniste limite souriant n'est pas très avenant mais nous obtenons nos eux chambres que l'ont nous annonce communiquantes alors qu'elles se font face dans un couloir, bref peu importe, nos enfants sont grands,ce n'est pas très grave passons! Odeur de tabac dans une des chambres, le réceptionniste monte, constate, ça jusqu'à se mettre à 4 pattes sous le lit à la recherche d'un éventuel cendrier....bref nous propose une autre chambre. Merci! Par contre il y fait une chaleur à mourir, pas de possibilité de baisser la température ???!!! Appel à la réception qui nous répond d'ouvrir la fenêtre ! Bien sûr, et sinon ??? Problème résolu le lendemain soir. Dans le spa, les serviettes qui trainait ne sont pas ramassées et ça plusieurs jours de suite, les flacons ouverts pas jetés, pas de serviettes sèches à dispo, on demand only. Et la liste est encore longue!!!

Bel et agréable hôtel ”
Accueil sympathique. Hôtel moderne, au calme, propre, décoré avec du goût, chambre fidèle aux photos du site, lit douillet, petit déjeuner (Buffet) copieux et bon. Musique de fond appréciable. Spa : propre, charmant, piscine (mériterait d'être un peu plus chaude), un vrai moment de détente. Quartier top! À deux pas de la station de métro. Je recommande pour un couple.
