No professional staffs of hospitality management, careless on guests . ”
Location is at very difficult place. Practically there is no written the name LBD resorts, they mentioned every where Leela Resorts. So I had to spend 40min more to find the place. It has big area with natural excellent environment. Rooms are spacious. Staffs are ameture. They don't bother for good will & not eager for repeat guests. The owner is very rich man & has many other business. Staff said the the owner is also careless whether any guest comes or not. Staffs behavior is very rude. They may have no professional training on hospitality management. They have only room, no gym & swiming pool usable right now. So I never may come & recommend any body.

Staff lied about room availability - female colleague felt unsafe staying on a different floor. Claimed only suite free on my floor and requested extra payment, despite my GHA black status. It turned out we were the only two guests in the hotel. Wi-Fi did not work. Resort? No ambience whatsoever, deserted building site with views of people doing their business in the pond. Sparsely furnished rooms, just basics, definitely no 4 star. Located behind some dirty narrow lanes, drives have no idea how to get there. Have to pay cash separately for coffee shop since it is not part of hotel but subcontracted? Credit card machine did not work, so had to pay the "suite" upgrade with cash. Perked air-conditioned branded taxi turned into a decrepit ancient Ambassador without AC, but with complimentary insects and body odour, at double the standard charge. Poor command of English. Basically no good reason to stay there unless you want to feel deprivation, incompetence and corruption
