The picture shown and actual doesn't match at all, check in process and location is misleading, firstly the room got smell, the furniture aging and the floor full of ants and so do the table. Highly NOT recommended to stay in. The money paid not worth it.

They gave us multiple clues to figure out where the key is located and then we had to spend 15 minutes running around trying to find the location of keys. Guy is asking whether we can read pictures! lol We were there at the property around 2:45 and they kept telling that only at 3 pm we can check in. Most unwelcoming.. It took a lot of frustration to find the keys and go to the room. Access to the rooms do not have ramps. If you have bigger luggage you are screwed. TV was not working. Both cables were broken. Some one tried to fix that at 10 pm and could not.. Bath room was not cleaned it had the bar soap used by the previous guest! Water kettle was completely rusted and had exposed filaments! Bathroom sink had fungus all around.. if you don’t have a car you can not have a breakfast and nothing is close by! So beware before you book this place!! I was told that we were next to casino!! Three KM from cable car to go up the mountain.. god only knows how they have high rating for this property. It is a honeymoon property since you can’t do anything else!!

nice place to stay cation. everything okay in the room. but please close your sliding door when you sleep, when you woke up in the morning you can see monkey lepak on the tree near road area.

Hope the owner can improve service & always update details to the booking party 1 day before. Pls consider to indicate the actual hotel name (GVR hotel Kempas) to avoid wasted time to find the place. Wish it have improve on my next trip.
