“A week stay”
The room was bigger than I expected, tv not working at all, pillow was hard but hey for the price can’t say much then there’s A LOT of small cockroaches in specially near fridge and tv area, seems like did not do much pest control maintenance, not the fan of the toilet because it’s like the kampong style brick type and have this pungent weird pee and I dont think the housekeeping did a good job in cleaning the room well maybe just change towel bedsheet n clear rubbish that is all sadly, well it’s bangla cheap labour you can’t expect much, parking was a chore because small narrow parking size plus their old ceiling paint peeled off and hit my car and a lot of dirt all over the place and it was horrendous they didn’t do much till they decided to wash it off at the driveway with a pipe but that was quite helpful too, valet parking please ensure to have much bigger larger significant obvious signage so we know But then I love the location easy accessible to anywhere and everywhere , atm just at the lobby same goes to 24hr mamak even 7-11 and you have 5min walking distance to KLCC Avenue K and few others Everything was perfect till the 3rd night of my stay , no one informed that there was not hot water for 2 days and mention going for maintenance not even a single staff came to have the initiative or even call or even send a note to my room mention NO HOT WATER , with daily heavy rain and weather getting all chilled sadly no hot water, surprisingly they the Duty Manager can slide a note under my door to inform I owe them the RM10 x4 government tourism tax but they can’t inform me on the hot water part. Hmm Well the reception team some of them were very helpful no doubt and was very friendly , can’t recall their names but this young chap as well as this night shift Abang as well. Location perfect room big aircon good but the rest of the amenities need to look at especially giving a thicker bath towel more shower gel n shampoo please ensure to clean the toilet thoroughly every single time guest checkout doesn’t take more than 10mins to clean the toilet well oh yes please do a regular pest control in all of your room because seriously the cockroaches all over the place Well , will I come back? Yes I will but hopefully things will change the next time I come
