Heaven on earth ”

I stayed for 5 days in November and was sad to leave this beautiful hotel. One of the most beautiful beaches of Asia, all to yourself. Hotel decor is beautiful and elegant. Foods so authentic and delicious. Staff going out of their way to provide great and genuinely welcoming service. This has been one of my best holidays ever! Cannot recommend Le Coral enough.

Nice quiet hotel”

Nice modern room, nice hotel, guarded parking, large pool, large balcony protected by glass (good for kids) , very quiet place, and own access to beach, 1mn walk. The beach is long and wild, with white sand. A small area is protected but no beach guard. The sea is nice, but some waves could be rough. Take care of your kids. A very nice place, a perfect breakfast, but you need a car if you want to go anywhere (first 7/11 is at 8km). By evening, you can walk on the beach until another restaurant, about 15mn ... But hotel food is nice and not overpriced for Phuket.(180/350thb per plate) Overall a very nice stay if you want to relax with your kids ... they will enjoy beach and pool, without smoking people, fumes from jet;skis, and dark water as Patong can provide ;-). Best of all : service ! They are always trying to make you feel good.

Good hotel”

Well, i have been to many 5 star hotels but this is lil bit different the rooms are perfect according to 5 star hotels but jacouzi was not working was out of order.I would not recommend this hotel for groups who came as a tourist this hotel is suitable for couples as this hotel is about 60 km from phuket city and no taxi are availble in that area easily so difficult to move to phuket. In general it is perfect hotel but for couples.

wonderful stay”

It was a wonderful stay. We are very impressed by the staffs and the resort quality. Staff are very friendly and caring. The housekeepers took a great care of our room. Room always smells very good. The pictures say it all. What you see in the photos are what you will get. Rooms are in tip top condition with high class facilities. Breakfast is great ! We love the food. Thank for the complimentary bread basket and entree every dinner.

highly appreciate for your staff's service ”

We quite enjoy our honey moon trip in your hotel. And only thing can be better is we asking for extend one more day in your hotel and your front desk staffs Joo and Ice both showed very helpful to ask the reservation department for a better prices. However, when your reservation staff replied me the discount price let me little odd, because I found Agoda website that I only need to pay HKd $590 +tax. We also showed your staff the website, however, your staff replied us we still need to pay Bhat $3500. Ended up we booked through Agoda website. I'm not sure if this make any difference if I booked through Third party website or in your hotel. But this is some thought from a customers point of view, if we asking for one more day to extend our stay in your hotel, it would be nice and keep your goodwill if you can give discount or at lest the same price of what the third party website. Because we are not browsing around but if Agoda can offer us this prices, I wonder why your hotel can do this offer to us at least we showed the loyalty. Instead of I have to book through third agent and process all the extra procedure.

Nice secluded Beach hideaway”

Overall room and hotel surrounding was ok. Some of the staff seems not ready to serve (in terms of manner and knowledge) while some of the staff are really good, I could say it's quite balance. I would recommend this resort for couples quick weekend get away. WiFi Speed is good for Phuket.

Best stay during the long holiday ”

Best stay during my family trip around south Thailand. The staffs were very nice. The room and bathroom are real 5 stars level. The balcony is perfect view for the swimming pool and sea. There is a stream between hotel and beach.

Excellent”

Very nice private beach with good sand - Good rooms. Nice pool and facilities. Nice food at the restaurant except bread at morning which seems to be at least one day old. Restaurant staff dont pay enough atention during breakfast and dinner. Wait for glasses often run out of plate. In the evenings it sometimes difficult to get in touch with the waiters. But all in all very goog value for money.

Private resort”

I and my Husband stayed in the prestige pool suite. We had a wonderful and quiet time there. It's a resort with lots of privacy.i booked thru Agoda with breakfast.but we did not go down for breakfast but ltr when we ordered coffee the staff were so sweet to note that we did not go down for breakfast and send some up to our suite. Really appreciate the gesture. Will definately go again.

A good place for honeymoon or anniversary ”

The place is comfortable and the staff is very professional. The concept of the hotel is mostly for couples or people who want to stay away from the city. I strongly recommend for those who want to celebrate honeymoon or anniversary. However, for those people who prefer nightlife or need to travel frequently to Patong should consider other options. I think the gourmet menu is ok but i think the hotel should include either Thai menu or Thai buffet.

Really nice place off the beaten track. Staff great clean, very helpful and informative 😀 great pool. Lovely Italian Restaurant. The place is a hidden gem soooo relaxing a great place to chill out. If you fancy a walk along the beach towards the pier there is a fantastic local restaurant also well recommended

Fantactic, Everything is provided. Really quite. 30 mn away from Phuket airport. 45 mn from Patong.

Nice Location , nice facility and equipment”

We checked in one night at Le Coral, we was greeting by Trainee which gave poor explanation and product. she does not how to sit in front of the guests. ABF, staff is on training how to use equipment and briefing in front of the guests, not focus to the guests, waiter was helpful.

Potentially great”

We loved our stay there, the rooms are great, the view and the beach are as well. It's a great place to get away from it all. But: the facility is pretty run down, which is a shame. Also only half of the bars were open, and so were the activities. I think the hotel has great potential but it is not used. The staff is very friendly and very helpful.

It is far away from phuket (almost 1.5 hrs to patong),but overall is good.

Improvement in process, will be one of the best hotel for sure”

The advantages are - service from the staff (everyone indeed) - locations (superb view from the balcony and seashore) - privacy - many activities to do (cycling, kayaking, boxing, cooking, spa etc.) - good night sleep (soft bed, quiet) Something needed to improve - cleanliness (in some spots) - old facilities (ex. Elevator, some decorations) - car parking lots (outdoor with sun exposed) Consider it as one of yhe best hotels in andaman coast Will come back for sure !!!

great structure, weird property on a klong”

We overnighted here to be close to to our Phang Nga bay tourboat pier. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Parking lot is a red dusty unpaved field. Maybe this will, one day, be a"get-away", but at present, your hotel is separated from the ocean by a rather brownish colored klong or ditch about 75' wide. The location might be called sucluded by some, however, desolate might be more accurate.

Way off wannabee ”

Not close to 5 star. Advertise with private pool access, u share it with next door. 3 of 10 rooms rented still put us together. Dirty river between resort and beach. Very friendly staff. Food so overpriced and taste nothing. 141 bath for local beer. I lived in Thai so I know my Thai food. Place totally remote. Fantastic rooms and very clean. Sorry, but cannot recommend this place unless your advertising, food and prices will be more accurate.

Great experience”

Very great hotel in Phuket and suitable for couple or family for vacation and relax. Staff are very thoughtful and helpful. But recommended that should take the location into your consideration as you have to spend an hour to Patong or Khao Lak even you drive by yourself. Food quality can be improved.

Location isnt close to the maintown but really suitable for those travellers who would like to have a quality quiet moment. Also, better have a better arramgement on transportation by your own. Although hotel has great service on that but must be a bit higher than other private one. Of course service and security are better with you order through hotel. I definitely would like to stay again. Special thanks to Patrick and Kai at the front desk, their lovely welcome smile all the time and kindness helpful are really impressive.
