The futuristically designed Le Fenix Sukhumvit is located in the heart of Bangkok on Sukhumvit Road and is within walking distance to some of the best nightlife spots the city has to offer. Nana BTS is a short walk, or if you are feeling adventurous, you can hop onto a bike taxi to take you to the station. A long line of bars and pubs are in the same lane as the hotel, and further out on the main road are the street markets and food stalls that are worth a try. Guests can try the hotel's international signature dishes at L3, or sip a glass of wine at the Flow wine bar. The hotel also features a fitness center and with floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the city. It's within walking distance to Nana BTS Station, which is just 2 stations away from Central World. There're lots of bar and restaurant in the area. It's very convenient if you wanna get a place for supper or a place to chill at night. Insanity club is just right in front of the hotel. But it's not noisy at all. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room that I stayed was clean. Nothing to complain for this price.

Great location Hotel is getting on a bit and due for a revamp paint carpets bathrooms etc i stayed 8 years ago when new was great now needs a bit of care to bring it backnup to standard. Dont pay for breakfast best to eat out there are many ootions very close walking distance

Good location and I am always happy to stay there Just word of caution , I used some branded water from minibar and was charged A lot more than the standard 10 baht water from seven eleven You get 2 bottles free daily so make sure you don't drink the expensive ones

I had a great stay at Le Fenix, staff were friendly and very helpful. My room was spacious and clean, would definitely recommend staying here. Location was ok, just across the road from a pretty cool night club if you are into good music & a good vibe.

Good value hotel”
I'm quite impressed with this hotel for the money. A little bit tired around the edges, but for thirty quid a night it's great. Close to the action, but no problems with noise. Nice room and bathroom. Air con right over the bed which was great for me, but my room mate slept in her clothes!

The staff is GREAT, but when we got to room one of the cups had mold growing all over it (I assume it was used and never cleaned). The breakfast I think must be designed for Arabs or Indians, but the staff made me eggs that were OK. There was no Thai food for my wife. Overall good enough and a little better than a class 3 would say 3+ hotel.

Location wise is about 10 - 15 mins walk from Nana station, not recommend for travelers with luggage unless you are taking taxi both way from/to airport. There is a few club/bars near the hotel, recommend for people looking for nightlife activities. Room is decent and clean, for the price paid nothing much to complain about.

For the price paid, I did get better service than at 5 star hotels elsewhere. Very attentive staff, always greeting you with a smile and asking how they can help. Enjoyed my stay there, made me feel like home. From Metta and Chong at Reception, to the housekeeping Lady Mali (Eva), everyone goes out of the way to help. Special thanks to Earth for his kindness to me always. Very good place to enjoy a vacation, do recommend it.

Good Location&Price, Room ok”
The hotel is the end of Sukhumvit Soi 11 and it is a good location for bars, restaurants, transportation, the convenience shops and department store. It is tourist area and all is quite a bit expensive especially taxi.The room cost is cheap but the room is just ok and not big. The roof top bar is nice.

Great stay at Sukhumvit Soi 11”
I had a super stay for 3 nights in deluxe room. The area is fantasic. The room with beautiful view. Snacks and drinks on top level. Only improvement stained carpet. Staff superior! Especially the girls at reception BOW and NAN and the SECURITY GUARD in front! I will certainly come back!!!

Hotel condition ”
Hotel requires renovation, dirty and smelly hotel. Nothing has been done for the past few years. Lobby smell of curry. Carpet, walls everything has filthy stains. Avoid at all cost

I have stayed here a number of times over the years and always thought the location was excellent (and it still is)! However it is a little dated now and certain things in the room were missing or could have been addressed better. Value for money is great though.

Stayed here a number of time over the years since it has opened, the hotel is now started to show it's age and needs a refurb. Not a bad location, short walk to BTS Staff were very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately as seems to happen every time I stay there it was a long wait to check out. If is possible to have an express check out or something that would be great So you don't have to wait behind some Indian or Middle Eastern Gentleman haggling over the price or complaining because his "guest" ladies or ladyboy has used an item from the mini bar and does not want to pay.

Le fenix used to be my choice hotel when im on business trip. Have not been staying here for past 3 years. Very disappointed! Furnishing is run down, yellowish bed liners with many holes on it, yellowish bath towel. Hotel only provides bath towel , soap and a super diluted head to toe wash. No hand towel, tissue box, tooth brush etc. This was my worst stayed in bangkok! Someone from the next room keep slamming on the door and a complaint to the operations doesn't solve the issue at all! Rowdy neighbours who banged on your door in the wee hours. This hotel has very bad sound proofing. Breakfast selection was ok though and Wi-Fi connection was very strong.
