Best place in Phu Quoc”
After traveling 3 weeks on Phu Quoc, we came across Le Forest Resort - this is by far the best place we have been staying. Everything is clean and neat, staff is extremely friendly and the breakfast is great, you can taste the homegrown food is the best quality. The owners are super sweet and the best hosts - we are very grateful for their hospitality, showing us around the city and helping us. We certain that we will come back next year - and we can’t wait😊

Best resort on Phu Quoc without doubt!”
This resort was The best Place we stayed on Phu Quoc. We travelled the Island for 4 weeks and unfortunately we didn’t come across Le Forest Resort until our last 5 days. We had planned to stay for 2 nights, but we quickly decided to stay the 5 last nights. We highly recommend this place partly because of the sweet owners, partly because of the nice staff and partly because everything from food to pool area is high quality and nice and clean. We can’t wait to go back next year.

We stayed at Le Forest 5 nights and we had an amazing experience. Superior rooms are brilliant (great sound system in each room), super comfy bed, very nice toilet, newest TVs... Outdoor space is excellent with a great swimming pool. Owners are really helpful and kind. Food and drinks delicious! Highly recommended! We also recommend their other restaurant Coco Loco in a different location, not far. Renting a scooter to go around the island is ideal.

The resort is very beautiful with a lot of trees and luxurious swimming pool, the room is nice with clean and comfortable mattress, pillows…The resort is quite and peaceful, near night market and other restaurant along the long beach. Highly recommended

Probably, the best hotel on the Phukuok ”
Easy check in, fast, no need to give them your passports, they just making scrinshots. Towels next to the pool, super nice landscape, kids outdoor playground and indoor playroom right in front of the bar. Super cool breakfast with a few types of fresh juices and fruits. Nice rooms, some of them have kitchen and all kitchen equipment you need, new free bicycles. Quiet, cosy, cool swimming pool. Many blossoms flowers on the territory. Cooking good! My gamy loved this place.

Great for families”
We stayed at Le Forest for a week with our family of 4. Our overall experience was excellent and great value for money. The setting in the hillside forest was great for a relaxing holiday. The immediate area around (including the roads) was quite underdeveloped which meant a very peaceful environment but also meant having to get a taxi if we wanted to go anywhere. Luckily taxis in Phu Quoc are very cheap. The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped around the centerpiece pool where the kids spent most of the time. The staff were always friendly and extremely willing to help. The hotel owners were also on site most of the time and went out of their way to make conversation and give advice about Phu Quoc. The rooms were simple but clean and comfortable. Cleaning was done daily and seemed to be very efficient. The inclusive breakfast was excellent with lots of fruit, fresh juices and hot/cold dishes. We will stay there again!

A family run resort”
This is family run resort and the owners are also the managers. They will go out of their way to make your stay perfect and always at hand. Peaceful location but just a few minutes to the beach by scooter. A great base to explore the island and a cosmopolitan group of travellers from families to solo travellers to couples. All ages. A great choice.

Definitely value for money”
Even though this may not be my favorite place but it's definitely a good value for money, the room wasn't completely clean but I guess good enough, their breakfast was definitely really good for the price we paid, they have few games and fun things to do, the place is a bit far.. Not a walkable distance but almost everyone rents a bike anyway so I don't think I that matters much.

A mediocre experience”
- Room condition: Good - Swimming pool: Good - Location: not good, need to walk 800m over dark lane to get to main road for food - Owner: not friendly, everyone in my group was uncomfortable with her unfriendly face which is like she was forced to work, though I guess it's just the face while she still try to serve well. This surprised me when I saw some previous review saying owner was very friendly, maybe different owner. - Surrounding: nice green resort feel, lots of mosquitoes, quite many dogs also and they bark at night which took me longer to fall into sleep.

Potential but staff are rude”
Overall Phu Quoc Island was disappointing with no nightlife or so but the resort has so much potential but the staff are so rude they can’t even heat up coffee because they are to busy as the reception is the cook and everything so 1 person running the place many people complained that the service was terrible! Breakfast limited options not buffet style but edible.

Place too far away from beach and everything. Staff is really rude, no welcome !!! Room was dirty, hot shower didnt work, was denied breakfast and the room I booked. Was offered breakfast out of "sympathy" and then they started gossiping about us, right next to us. I dont understand Vietnamese but they mentioned where I came from in their conversation. Staff spoke to me with food in their mouth, disgusting !!!! The managing lady, which I believe is the owner, is very rude and has NO IDEA about customer service. Wifi is not good, hair dryer did not work in the toilet and there were stray dogs and cats in the restaurant. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Tons of better hotels close to the city centre.
