Good value for money”

10 minutes walk from the metro station and there is a bus terminal, but there is no road light on the small road in front of the hotel. Not very big room but enough for a nice sleep.

Good location, small, but somehow cozy”

Pleasant for a short stay. Room is not too small, bath clean and good. Only floor quite filthy. Elevator ok, interior simple, functinal. I did not take breakfast... therefore can not leave a comment there.

3 night stay”

Location was good, restaurants around the hotel is good. Was not able to get the breakfast included but it was ok. If you check in here, make sure to bring your own toiletries other than toilet paper and towels, as it is all they supply.

If you have a car, expect to park it 500m away and walk back to hotel for about 8-10mins, not so convenient especially if you have luggages with you. The first staff (long haired guy) was very helpful and nice to us, you have to order your breakfast already if you want one the next day. But first time entering the hotel, it was a huge disappointment, not sure if they were doing renovation or just simply didn't clean and arrange everything in place. We stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights and it was still like that the whole time. Elevator was ok, small and old but working. Carpets are old. The room was ok, not small not big but clean. The next day, we reminded them about our breakfast, we got croissant and french bread. They also have coffee, hot chocolate, few packed cheese and jam. The metro, bus and t3 are very close, like 5mins walk only. So easy to go everywhere and a lot of restaurants nearby. Went back to the hotel around 10pm and one staff (short hair) ask us to pay our bills already because we will check out tomorrow. And we said, we know that but usually it is done on the day you check out, not one night before. He was pushy so we just paid it to end discussion. The next day, we checked out immediately and didn't order any breakfast.

Clean bathroom”

We stayed on the 4th floor, room is clean but the carpet is old. The room is actually more spacious then I thought. It is larger then rooms in Hong Kong and Japan. Elevator is not on the same floor as the rooms. When you exit the elevator, you need to climb about 10 steps up to the room level. Wifi connection is very good. Supermarket and bakery shop is just round the corner. Bakery open at 7am and Supermarket at 8.30am.

Hi Everything was good in the hotel.staff was very polite and kind the only thing made me disappointed is their wifi. I was on 3rd floor.signals hardly reach there. Apart from that it was all good.

Staff there for you, nice booklet they put out about the neighborhood, making you feel more comfortable and knowing in it.

do not use the filter free breakfast at agoda. it is misleading. the whole hotel looked like a warzone. the receptionists were nice but the hotel was under construction. sandbags in the hall, deyeriorating beds, very poor lighting. near a metro line which makes it convenient. but you will ruin a parisian experience if you stay here. use airbnb instead. you will get your money's worth.
