Perfect location for a short break in Toulouse”
we had a fantastic two night stop off in toulouse at le grand balcon, before heading south for the rest of our trip. the staff were very welcoming and helpful when we inquired about areas good for shopping and restaurants we had been recommended before our stay. the receptionist called ahead to book a table for us and notified us that a particular restaurant we were interested in was in fact closed on a monday. the room was lovely, modern and spacious enough with a huge comfortable bed and a nespresso coffee machine in the room. my only complaint, if you even call it that, was the lack of bath robes and the fact that breakfast was not included in the price of our stay. i would highly recommend this hotel for a short break and would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel next to Place du Capitole”
very nice stay. really amazing room. only small drawback can be noise as place du capitole is one of the major social points in toulouse, but i feel the hotel rooms certainly compensates for this. they also have room towards the back of the hotel, although only a few. on the other hand, place du capitole is one of the most beautiful places in toulouse. would stay there again.

Modern hotel and very nice service”
we stayed in this hotel just for one nice for a romantic short break. first of all the hotel is well located 'cause it's in the real center of toulouse, secondly it is calm and lovely, modern decoration and the people are quite nice. i would recommended if you are looking for a nice and romantic room to stay!

Nice hotel but parking is a problem and/or expensive.”
Nice hotel, helpful staff. From previous experience the rooms overlooking the square have a good view but there is a lot of noise from the street. We decided to sacrificed the view for a quiet room. It overlooked a not very nice yard with a the fire escape and a whole lot of empty bottle crates lying about (I'm sure it could look a lot better with very little effort) but at least we got what we asked for i.e. a good night's sleep. The room was small but well furnished, a comfortable bed, a good bathroom and clean throughout. A choice of tea or coffee in the room would have been good. Only strong Nespresso coffee pods and milk pods available. Biggest surprise/disappointment was the lack of secure parking. The only parking available near the hotel other than on the very busy streets was the underground car park in the square which costs 26 euros per day.

Boutique Hotel Located at the Place du Capitole”
Our room was located at the corner of the 5th floor. The room was not noisy and the aircon was working fine. The hotel is located diagonally across the Place du Capitole, which is a pedestrian designated zone with several cafes and eateries. It is within walking distance to Basilica St Sernin, Rue d'Alsace Lorraine and Place Wilson, which has several restaurants and access to taxis. The room is nicely decorated with modern furnishings. The wifi internet access was fast and free.

We happened upon this hotel when making reservations for our one night in Toulouse as we traveled between Bordeaux and Roses, Spain and could not have been more pleasantly surprised. Fantastic location. Best breakfast ever. And the staff was super helpful.

Séjour rapide à Toulouse et nous avons fait le choix sur conseil de cet hôtel! Surprise pas de voiturier et emplacement à l'arrivée juste pour décharger ce que nous souhaitons pour un 4 étoiles! Réception normale mais sans plus! rien à dire! Chambre propre et agréable pour le choix du matériel! salle d'eau agréable et originale mais petite! Tout le confort! Sauf trés mal insonorisé par rapport à l'extérieur avec les bruits ambiants! Horroble pour la qualité d'un 4 étoiles! Je le conseillerai pour sa situation malgré une difficulté de circulation si vous arrivez par son adresse directe! Sinon mieux vaut choisir la Place Capitole ou son parking! Bien placé en ville! Le reste est au goût de chacun! Il y a mieux! Un peu déçu tout de même... Propre dans les parties commune avec un éclairage moderne et doux! Réception changeante! Pas de contact avec le personnel mais pas désagréable mais uniquement bonjour! chambre"x"! Parking sur votre gauche! Bonjour Bonsoir!

Staff molto cordiale, albergo originale ( la doccia ha una vetrata sulla camera da letto e sulle pareti sono stampate le nuvole), il bar è alla moda e la posizione molto centrale. Perfetto per una visita della città. consigliato.
