Good for Airport but also next to Music School!”
The hotel is nicely located for the International Airport (300 rupees for taxi). There is a music school nearby and we were treated to some group drumming although this finished at 9.30pm, however there is a problem with dogs barking through the night! Our room was nice and very clean but we didn’t know until the next morning that our shower didn’t work so we had to use the bucket and jug! Room service was good and the food was excellent.

Overall stay was good. Pros: Close to airport, good food (Kitchen is open till 11:30 PM), better value for money compared to other hotels. Cons: Drinking water is kind of a problem here. We were 6 family members staying in the hotel. There were only 2 water bottles/room/day which was not enough for 6 people. A Staff member asked me to got to a stationary shop when needed a printout. They had a printer and enough pages but it's not for customers :(

The staff at this property are professional, helpful and very pleasant . Nothing was too much trouble for them . The location of this property for us was ideal as very near the airport . Overall good service provided by all staff including the breakfast which was plentiful . Excellent value for money for short stay

We booked deluxe room but got one small room…staff was polite…but food does not taste great ,quantity was very less and overpriced….ordered chicken fried rice and they gave us egg fried rice and for the wrong order they took 2 hrs to prepare Ordered food at 8pm and We ate our dinner at 12am night Definitely Not for long stay

Near to airport but had great difficulty locating it”
The hotel is behind shubam hotel on main road..the road leading was very narrow..hotel staff claimed there are other ways to arrive but i had torrid time one hour was wasted at night..rooms are v small and i found peculiar smell in the room. Thankfully i spent just few hours as i had an early morning flight

Best was food. Fresh and hot when delivered to our room. Lobby covered with folding beds. As a result high fire risk. Room was clean but very little toiletaries. In short OK for basic facilities

First the good, the room size is ok for the price bit of a weird shape but fine with it was only there one night. The night buffet is fine for 499 rupees there’s a few curry’s on offer and you can get fresh naans or rotis made up and there’s 1 dessert I hardly post reviews but That’s where the good ends Here’s the bad, got to my room the bathroom had a leak half the floor flooded not nice after a long trip didn’t complain was too tired didn’t wana change rooms just used the other half of the bathroom. Next there’s zero hot water for a shower in the mornings the tap just switches off when you move it to hot, Need a shower before a long day this is poor had to splash cold water onto my face and into my armpits felt like a scum bag. Next the staff openly asking for tips thought I misheard him he said ANY TIPS THE HOTEL DOESNT GIVE ME MUCH, brutal stuff. There’s more next had the most awful mosquito bites all night long was in India for 4 weeks never had it like had to wake up every 20 mins when you pay 5000INR for a room here don’t expect this something needs to be done. Some people on agoda are saying they got a free ride to the airport I was charged probably double what a road taxi would have cost and told there’s no free transport for agoda bookers, looks like they just make it up as they go along depending on the customer. Overall a pretty horrific experience

Went as a group they paid half what I paid,mine was suppose to be a superior suite. Exactly the same”
Paid double the money for a superior suite was exactly the same size as a deluxe... pillow cases were dirty and mosquito mesh on bathroom window was broken. No restaurant on site had go out to get food and drink,unfortunately area not for tourists.
