Clean place but service not as expected
Staffs are not flexible to provide solution. Shuttle bus doesn't allow us to use because my father is using a wheelchair. Very disappointed with their service.

The front office staff during the day are great - however the evening staff backed up by the mysterious office manager (who is only available by phone - called Ms Sarah) if you need anything are totally hopeless. It's an apartment not the Shangrila so expect and fear for the worst if you have any problems after 5. Cleaning staff are so super friendly and very good. Parking is a bonus (free) as most other places will try and charge you up to 25 dollars per night or even more!

4 star without cleaning service on Sunday
This is the first hotel (serviced apartment) who claimed to be 4 star that did not provide cleaning service on Sunday. We have 2 young children. As we stayed throughout the weekend, we had to stay with the smell of used diapers that stayed with us in apartment simply because of no cleaning service on Sunday. Ridiculous.

Staff was friendly and very helpfull. Breakfast was complimentary, but not very wide. For us there was enough. Room was clean and bed was very large. Could been a bit closer to metro station, but bus station was across the street. After all very nice experience.
