Overall the stay way great.”
The staff were very kind and friendly. They were also very helpful and gave us some assistance when it comes to places and suggestions. The room was kept clean during our stay and they even made a short redecoration as per short notice via facebook. Only thing to note is the water may suddenly change temp but is okay. There was a construction next to our room from the neighbourhood yet still can tolerate.

Decent hotel, but bad passport policy”
The hotel was nice overall. I like the design of the rooms and it’s quite quaint. However, I wouldn’t stay here again because of their passport policy. They refuse to let foreigners stay without leaving their physical passport at the front desk. I brought down my own copy of my passport and evisa and they wouldn’t accept it. They claimed that they would be in trouble with the police if they didn’t keep the actual passport. I’ve checked into two other hotels in the city and neither has the same requirement. Sure, some ask for a cash deposit, which I’m happy to give instead of my passport. According to the embassy you should never leave your passport with anyone, so I never do.

beautiful hotel but that's all”
room was quite small, breakfast option is poor and not vegetarian friendly. everything looks really good but that's about it. the pool has no direct sunlight and wasn't very clean when i was there. the staff doesn't speak very good english but the customer service support through agoda worked perfectly. this wouldn't be my hotel choice next time in saigon.

I stayed in the hotel for one night. My comments are 1. The hotel wanted to keep my passport or resident card till I check out. I didn't feel comfortable about it, as a foreigner. They said it's their hotel policy. Even a hard copy of the passport is not enough for them. 2. The room is small. I was assigned to the room by the stairs/elevator. The noise of the high heels going up and down the stairs is very disturbing. 3. the exhaust fan in the toilet is very noisy also. 4. at night, you can hear someone getting down the mezzanine next door. 5. The location is not far from the city center, but not easy to get to. Overall, you can take a lot of beautiful pictures if you stay there. If you can, pay more for bigger rooms.

Very bad service, very small breakfast, have swimming pool, but dirty and we cannot use that. We come earlier for 8 hours, and room was free, but manager ask to pay more 50% of price . No recommend nobody. 2 from 5

But you arrive at 8:00 in the morning and it’s 6 hours earlier than the check in time, as the policy there will be a fee for early check in.
