Special thanks to Helln and Erick who offered fantastic customer service. Breakfast was very good, TV and selection of channels was very good, Satisfactory room. with good AC.. Hotel has a much appreciated Elevator. My room was very quiet, plenty of hot water in the shower.

I seemed to find ants roaming around in my room often. There was an useless cabinet in the room and it served no purposes to be there. I could not put anything bigger in it other than my back pack. There were hangers inside the cabinet. I could not hang my clothes on the hangers since they were too big for the door to be closed properly. Breakfast was very basic and lack of variations. The orientation of the TV and the bed did not arrange in such a way that one would watch TV at ease. Bed sheet and pillow cases were not changed once during the time I was staying in this room.

Daisy and Erick were extremely helpful and went beyond the call of duty to assist us. They were very prompt in addressing any requests that we had. Location was very good, just behind the backpacking street, and accessible to the nearby markets. Just need to take note of the flight of steps up to the hotel, which may not be suitable for elderly. Room was spacious, well equipped and quiet with sufficient sound insulation from the outside.

It used to be called Hotel LeLe. The front desk staff were okay, had a bit of a trouble communicating with them. The breakfast staff were rude. They'd turn off the fans while I was still having breakfast. The room itself was spacious, but things were wearing out. There was a hole in the bathroom wall.

i lost my money in hotel room and hotel night staff not avaliable and room was bad”
my SGD dollar was stolen in hotel room as i brought friend to my room that night also duty hotel or hotel managment did not have a set of SOP or even hotel rules & regulation to acede as any stranger or guest can come and go in easily especially night staff is not at work at reception counter and appear talking to people outside hotel worst hotel staff did not safekeep guest or visitor ID in safe place. On that day check-in i was given a room with mammal like bat found flying in my room i infomed hotel staff to look into matter to dispatch pest control to catch but hotel staff send their housekeeper to do that work i found it is a new hotel it was seen renovated recently but hotel management and facilities and staff have many issues
