Le Meridien continues to impress with its top-notch service and thoughtful hospitality. For both of my recent stays, I paid for access to the lounge — and it was well worth it. We arrived around 1 PM — a bit early, as check-in is officially at 3 PM. Although I had requested early check-in, the rooms weren’t ready yet, which was understandable. What made a difference was the staff’s accommodating gesture: they offered us temporary lounge access so we could wait comfortably. We decided to head to Imago Mall in the meantime, and by 2:30 PM, they gave us a call to say our rooms were ready. By the time we returned, our luggage was already in the rooms — such a thoughtful touch! This wasn’t our first time experiencing their exceptional service. Back in April, my husband and I also stayed in a lounge-access room to celebrate our anniversary. We arrived late, around 8 PM, and had a flight the next day at 9:45 PM. The staff offered us a late check-out at 2 PM and invited us to stay in the lounge until 6 PM before heading to the airport. Since we had missed the lounge’s tea time and evening snacks the day before, they ensured we could enjoy them the next day — truly considerate service. Every interaction was met with warm smiles and attentive care. From the generous lounge offerings (tea time from 2–4 PM and evening snacks with free-flow drinks from 5:30–7 PM) to the spacious connecting rooms and the convenience of a nearby coin laundry, everything made our stay smooth and memorable.
