      Fabulous visit to Santosa”
      I booked two rooms at a peak season time and got a price of $300 per night. My initial thought was that I paid high price in haste but on check in I realised the decision was correct. Got real nice merlion plaza view rooms, with separate sitting area and huge bathroom. The amenities in the room were fantastic, location was also very convenient.

      Abit disappointed for this round of stay.”
      This is the 1st time visit this hotel after it change from Movenpick management to Le Meridien. The 1st experiment was amazing and i'm satisfy with my stay. I'm a bit disappointed with this round of visit. The check in time is 3pm but customer service inform me the room is not really due to other customer late checkout. In the end i only manage to get my room at 3:40pm and the room cleanliness level was drop. Maybe because they rushing to give me a room. The toiletries and incomplete, missing a razor in 5star hotel??? Can't believe it. Also do not privide fork and spoon in a room? Ill think twice again if i want to return to this hotel. Is only barely a 5 star hotel after change management. Therefore i will say not so value for money.

      Paper Thin Walls, Noisy inconsiderate Neighbour laughing talking loudly till 4am”
      Firstly, the group of friends was standing along the corridor and talking loudly for about 1 to 2hrs. After which, they went into their room, which was right beside our room. I believe they were drinking. Endless chatter, loud laughing, shouting carried on till late into the night. I could not endure anymore and called the frontdesk at 2.30am to 3am to report on the noisy room. The staff that handled my call was apologetic and said that she will report it to her duty manager.

      As stated that check-in was at 3pm, we only managed to get our room at 5pm. At first was told for 30mins wait. We strectched the time to an hour, hoping to arrive and given our room ready. But instead was told to wait for another 15minutes as they need to do an "inspection". We end up not given any service recovery for the late check-in and carried our bags ourselves to our room. Sad.
