I have booked for a King size bed but when I checked-in the staff upgraded the room for me and my family to suit room. The room was clean and good. My kid love to play in bath tub. The Merlion and the Imbiah station is just across the street. The pool is small but the suitable for the kid.

Celebration for my daughter’s first birthday.”
Le Meridient made me feel so welcomed from the moment I stepped into their hotel. I loved how seamless the check-in process was, even offered to keep the birthday cake at their restaurant (the in-room chiller wasn’t big enough) till we need it, brought us to our room. The room itself is so breath taking. We requested for a room facing the Merlion and it did not disappoint at all! Not only was the window hugeeeeee, they also had a button to bring the blinders down for privacy purposes. I loved how everything was just a touch of a button away. We got the Heritage Suite, which has a separate living “room” with sofa bed. It was huge enough to have a cosy celebration like we had as there was ample space for everyone to walk and also sit around. The bathroom is my fav part of the hotel room! This is the first hotel that I’ve been in that they have separate shower and toilet area, both with their own doors. And the bathtub was hugeeeee!!! We had kids over for the celebration and all of them were enjoying the bathtub together, including my one year old! The only downside to the bathroom is that there’s no bidet hose or inbuilt bidet in the toilet. We would definitely return!!!!! Thank you Le Meriedien for making my daughter’s celebration a memorable one!

Had a pleasant staycation at le meriden ! We got an upgrade room with a surprise cute decor. Staff are helpful & friendly. Location is definitely accessible & good. Will definitely come back once the renovation is over.

Wonderful customer service!”
Hotel was under renovation and we were pre-warned that there will be heavy hacking of the Merlion during midnight. However we went ahead with the stay as we do not want to disappoint the kid. We were given a surprise upgrade to Heritage suite and the kid was given a Marriott Bonvoy plush toy upon check in. The staff were polite and greet us with smiles all the time. This is something that is missing from some of the other hotels we have stayed. Throughout the stay, we couldn't hear any construction noise from our room. I suspect they made it a point to give us a room further away from the noise. Room is cosy, clean and has the basic essentials. We really enjoyed the stay. Sad thing is, the hotel will be closed from 01 Nov 2020 and slated to reopen in Q2 2021 under new management. Hope that the new hotel will have the same hospitality standards as the location is really great. It is only a stone throw away from Imbiah Station and mins of walk from RWS.

Worth A Treat”
I don't do staycations often, but I'm glad I was able to experience this hotel. My friends and I got a connecting room, and the rooms were quite big. It was also walkable to the beach station. The only downside was that my toilet door had a problem closing, they were renovating some parts of the hotel (like the pool), and the building itself is surrounded by construction. But it's understandable since construction work had only just started across the country. At least there's no noise, and the staff members were helpful and polite!

We had an excellent stay at the Le Meridien and would definitely be back again in future for another staycation! Note that the hotel is currently doing some works. Which wasn’t an issue for us. The hotel staff were really nice and attentive. Thank you for making our stay wonderful and also for the little gift boxes that was given to both of my girls. They truly love it!

Perfect location great room”
Unfortunately there are renovation works currently undertaken but they finish at 5 and who would stay in the room anyhow, when you have the beach and all the other activities. Breakfast is superb, staff is incredibly professional and friendly! Will stay there next time too!

I booked this hotel to celebrate my husband’s birthday and I was surprised that the room was decorated with balloons and happy birthday sign. My husband was so surprised! When we came back from walking around Sentosa, there was a birthday cake in the room! Thank you so much, Le Meridien! The hotel was so big, beautiful and awesome staffs!

The room I expected more”
We stayed just three nights. Had a fantastic time in Sentosa but our room was less than I expected. There were no face washers, we had 6yo son with us and each day I’d have to ring for extra towel. The tiny bar fridge did not keep anything cold. Each evening we’d place our complimentary water in fridge for the morning before we’d head out. And it would not be cold. No option to make fridge colder. I also found bed very hard. No mattress topper however a extra duvet was placed under sheet. On a positive note, staff were very friendly, very helpful. Breakfast was quite possibly the best we’ve had. Our morning check out (at 6am) meant we’d miss breakfast. When I mentioned this - a takeaway breakfast pack was put together for three of us. Very thoughtful.

The hotel is still under renovation so not much can be done. The room is clean and comfortable, spaciously amazing. Got upgraded to the heritage suites which were really cozy. Had to stay in the room because it was raining half the time I was there but room service and every thing else was just great. Will stay here again another time.
