Terrific Stay!”
Hotel is in close proximity to all of the hip & trendy restaurants/ bars/ lounges/ clubs/ shopping. Also within walking distance are all of the essentials like grocery stores, drug stores, banks, and a post office. Combined with always smiling, friendly staff, impeccably clean rooms and grounds, and a quaint yet chic rooftop pool area with great views (pool was heated) we had a terrific stay and would return.

Good location, big spacious suite”
Love love love this hotel. Such a big suite, so well worth the price. Good location just 2 mins walk from Melrose Ave. Big King bed, proper kitchen, walk in wardrobe, separate bath and dressing table. Loved all of those! Will definitely stay here again if I ever visit LA again.

Quiet hotel in a residential area”
Great Service with the hotel.. Room was big enough to accommodate our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The room had a fireplace as well. Kids love it.

Large rooms with kitchenettes and balconies. Good location in West Hollywood in a quiet neighborhood close to Melrose and Santa Monica Blvd. Good value and would likely stay again. Staff is very attentive and kind. Restaurant does a good job.

Spacious 1B in WEHO”
The rooms are really a 1 Bedroom apartment, with a separate sleeping area, living room, kitchen and bathroom and a balcony. This is very comfortable and makes staying in LA livable. If you've been to the Chamberlain, same thing. The facility is well cared for, larger than it looks from outside, and very clean. Only note, the kitchen was empty, i.e. no utensils, plates or glassware. No matter, we wouldn't cook in LA anyway, with all the food options!

Pros: Clean room, great location, nice friendly and helpful staff, relatively speaking it was a good price. Cons: the hallways smell bad, the pool is freezing cold, and the rooms are really dark all day because the back door backs onto greenery. Overall 4 out of 5

Good location for price ”
Pros: - location - room layout/appearance - rooftop pool Cons: - small gym - noise from room on top, even when the person is just walking through the bedroom due to a hollow elevated floor. - absurd tourist fee (daily) charged for things that should be included (1 bottle of water a day, wifi, gym access, newspaper). None of this stuff is special and should be part of any hotel. Especially bottled water in a city that has smelly water coming from the tap. A good place to stay for the money you're paying but make sure it's not the same price as other decent hotels.

We are happy to report that we are finalizing the design of an all new gym which will be located on the ground level, allowing us to keep it open twenty four hours a day. It will be larger with all new equipment which we are sure you would approve. Scheduled completion is April 2020.
Okay but smells like weed ”
The rooms are big although very dark. Shame the room smelt like weed and we couldn’t enjoy the balcony either for the same reason. The night time Rose hour was a bit of a let down. We waited at the roof top bar, nobody tending the bar although to be fair we did only wait 10 minutes but I’d you’re going to run a happy hour on the roof, you need a bartender!!

As we are entering colder weather, we have had to move the social hour to our restaurant in lieu of the rooftop. It appears we may need to take a look at our signage to ensure we are letting our guests know of any changes in location.
Cash Went Missing from My Safe”
The pros would be the decent food and drinks, the great view from rooftop, the very nice valet, and the comfortable bed. The cons would be the foul smell of the hotel, the gross carpet, the ugly appearance from the outside, the restaurant that is more like an airport restaurant, the pool that is more like a neighborhood community pool (old and basic), and the fact that hundreds of dollars of cash went missing from my safe. I left (5) $100 bills in my closet safe, by mistake. I also forgot to lock the safe. I checked out, and the cash went missing that day/night. No one stayed in my room that night. We went back the next morning and the safe was empty. The manager told me staff was like family, but there were multiple staff that told me they had not been there for very long, as I was lead to believe by the manager. They offered no refund, no discount, and did not return my calls. I was very polite and even told them I am not looking to get anyone in trouble or anything free.

While your comments indicate we did not reply to your inquiry, not only did we speak on the phone but also when you came back to the hotel so we are confused as we did speak and even offered to call the police on your behalf. While we sympathize the reported lost of funds; it is unfortunate that you did not lock the in-room safe. We can assure you that the hotel staff did not take your belonging as our staff turns in cash, jewelry, etc. on a daily basis.

Exceptional”
I’ve stayed at Le Parc Suite twice. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, and so quiet and dark at night. I like that the location is in a quiet residential street, yet in close proximity to everything in West Hollywood. I’ll definitely stay there again next time.

A nice and comfy hotel. Big room !!”
The hotel was located between West Hollywood and Beverly Hills, it was was very convenient and strategic. The room was very big, it has a queen size bed with sofa bed and a kitchen with dining table and bar stool. It also had a fire place. The room rate was reasonable for a room with so many amenities. This hotel is perfect for families as there are big space in the room. The dow turn was, the hotel was located in a quite neighbourhood and we cannot park on the street. We had to valet and it cost $40/night. We stayed for 8 nights, so it was costly. Other than that, the hotel was awesome !

Lovely boutique hotel”
Our rooms were beautiful and spacious. Food in the restaurant and room service was great. Very nice rooftop pool and helpful but non intrusive staff. Located on a quiet street in West Hollywood. Also a good deal for the money - about the same as a room at a Hilton or Hyatt but much nicer place. This is where I'll be staying in L.A. from now on.

This is the place to stay if you want to be in the heart of west hollywood and dont want to break the bank. Super clean and spacious rooms...amazing location, so close to everything! Comfy beds and super nice staff. This is a gem of a hotel....LOVED IT! Will come back again.

le parc is a small suite hotel near melrose blvd. if you are a fashion-brands shopper then it's a connivence place to stay. the neighborhood is quiet and nice. we ordered a 2 beds studio and the space is ok, bedroom is great with a extra changing room. if you are a smoker, their balcony is available to smoke with the door close. valet parking is about dollar a day.

THE PERFECT girls weekend retreat! ”
