5 minutes to the airport, with free shuttle ”
first time staying at the airport in a hotel, very quiet, very clean, great staff and beautiful grounds. an older hotel but well maintained, breakfast buffet very good. the biggest surprse was the lunch buffet! i did not prebook it but decided to eat at 2:30pm as i was tired and hungry from traveling to airport for flight next day. so paid $18 in cash for the lunch- a bit high by egyptian standards but it was in a hotel...if you are hungry and want good quality of food, the cost is affordable for the quality and quantity...the beef filet that was well done for the buffet, but i just cant eat steak unless its rare- they got some out and cooked it just for me even though the serving tray was full of well done! i was impressed to say the least----rhe cost for the room and service level is very good...

Love this place as a stop over when I am travelling from Cairo International Airport the following day. Nothing missing! Lovely pool if you get there early enough. Food is pretty decent, staff are super helpful and rooms are well equipped and comfortable. free shuttle every half an hour to terminal makes this a super stress free experience. Highly recommend

Far from downtown and all tourist attractions. A bit better maintained than the nearby Novotel but more or less the same category and level of service. Check prices on portals like Agoda: I got a much lower price than the official fare.

It's a good hotel. Thankfully no great problems other than wifi, but they tried to resolve it. Agoda on the other hand make little effort to resolve issues, even allowing no consequences for a property that allows staff to grossly insult customers, other to steal from clients and more.

Good service not good location”
The hotel is at the airport, it’s a hassle to get in and out lots of check points. Uber usually refuses to take you there because they are not allowed to go to the airport. If it’s only one night stay or transit stay the hotel is worth it. I could not enjoy my stay in the hotel as my husband was Egyptian and we forgot to bring the marriage certificate. So I did not sleep at the room and my booking was non refundable so I barely used the hotel facilities. I only took the Breakfast that was ok they had a big selection. The staff is well trained and they do their best to accommodate your request, they gave us fresh orange juice when we asked for it during breakfast, even they accommodate early check inn and late check out if they have availability. The hotel is old but considered well maintained.

Good choice if you are travelling for work”
This hotel is near the airport. If you are visiting Cairo for a short period to have a business meeting , it is a very good place to stay. Some of the restaurants were closed the time we went there as well as the Casino. The restaurant in which they served breakfast buffet is very nice & near the pool. We had also buffet lunch and the food was great. The safety measures for Covid 19 was taken, all staff are wearing masks ,the food for the buffet was behind glass and the staff were serving us.

A decent stay near the airport”
The hotel is located very near to the airport., Ours was a overnight stop over. The room was decent enough , food was nice. We didn't explore the amenities provided by the hotel., Staffs were nice, but they must be more helpful., When I enquired for a Uber booking, they didn't reply ,but take you to the tour cab service at the hotel. A 10 USD ride is charged for 30 USD. We had to come out of the hotel and get a taxi. The hotel does provide a free airport shuttle every 30 mins., But for a pickup from the airport, while check-in, unable to get ., Overall a decent stay.

Convenient to Airport ”
The hotel is dated and needs some maintenance, but if you have a late or early flight it is extremely convenient. The restaurant has excellent food and staff but not so much on atmosphere. We would stay again.

Reused to allow my cat in, despite no policy ”
They refused in a non polite way to let my cat in, they even refused to put it with the hotel security or anywhere in the hotel, they insisted in getting it out. I told them I have no where as I came to hotel as a traveler whose a flight next 12 hours. They refused despite no hotel policy regarding that So if you have a cat, you will not be welcome in this hotel and exepect a very rude manner against you.

Breakfast was not good, very poor and room very small and bathroom needs Plumber in general poor hotel , I do not recommend it for any one. The electric wall plug is old, it needs to change, and the adaptors doesn't work from Egyptian to American plug and at the gate there is stand gate, you have to inter through, this on will make your head is wet drop off too much liquid over your head, that was too bad ( I did not like this hotel )
