Cosy apartment, perfect location for ski-ing.”

Our host Raphael was very helpful with good communication before our arrival, everything was clear. The location was great for ski-ing just across the road from the Ax-Bonascre lift, and also in the centre of Ax. It was perfect for two of us for a few days midweek ski-ing, with enough in the kitchen to cook if we wanted to. All ready for us and very clean on arrival and great heating, very warm.
Nothing really, It was as we expected. The way the apartments are presented on the booking.com page is a bit confusing, but Le Passage sent us an email when we booked to clarify which apartment we would have.

the location is very nice as well as the flat itself. Check carfully the pictures as you do not necessarily get the room in the pictures :)
We arrived at 7pm with a 5 years old kid and were asked to vacate the property at 10am. That was very a short stay, we were really disappointed to have to leave so early. They said that it was because they needed to clean the room very early but nobody was anywhere at 10 and we even had to find a place to hide the keys. So expensive for such a short stay, more like a bedsit.

Superb”

Superb location, pedestrianised town centre (cafes, restuarants, hot spring fountains) literally on your doorstep. Very clean and well presented apartment, slightly quirky feel with low sloping wooden roof and steep stairs, might not suit elderly or disabled, but we loved it. Other apartments may not have the low roof, as we were on the top floor, so if worried about this, I would ask before booking. Would definitely book again if looking to stay somewhere in the area.

Lovely lodging, centrally located”

I stayed for 10 nights at Le Passage and I couldn’t have asked for more. Straight away, I was greeted with a warm welcome and an upgrade! My host Raphael was very responsive to any question I had and was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I highly recommend Le Passage!
