The location is excellent. Large room, wonderful shower! It's very safe and comfortable. We were able to leave our bags in the room before checkin time, this was great!
The pillow was a little high, and there was a little dust on some of the furniture. But the bathroom and other spaces were super clean!

Location is great but very very small”

The location is fabulous but this is not a place for a family. We appreciated the washing machine and while the kitchenette was tiny it was functional… we did manage to scrape together some dinners. It is down a quiet little lane way and is quite quiet. Heaps of shops and great food places right out the door. The communication with the owners was great and it was very easy to self check in.
There is small… and then there is small. This looks like it used to be the lobby of a building and it has been transformed into accommodation. There are no windows and the only natural light comes from a very old marked Perspex partial roof bit… this also means that there is no way to make the room actually dark if you are trying to sleep more than 2 people. The second bed is a fold out couch which is fine but once out that is your whole space gone and it is under the odd perspex roof area so glows bright… especially with daylight savings. The bathroom while functional was so tiny you could barely move around in. All in all… for the price, short trip and location we managed but it would not be a place we would recommend quickly to others.

The location was as expected. A comfy place to stay in a busy city. Lots of shops and cafes in the neighbourhood and a short walk to the metro and train station.
Some things were missing like soap, coffee and tea. We bought some in a supermarket nearby, but we hoped to have them ready after the trip there.

Mixed feelings: great location, not-so-nice place”

The best was the location. The metro was just around the corner, a lot of places to get food and drinks at walking distance. The overall cleanliness of the place was okay-ish. There was random stuff in plastic bags on the shelves intended for out things, so that was weird. The room was NOT what we booked. Instead of a bed, it was a sofa bed (surprisingly comfy, I may add). There was not a laundry machine. The kitchen is VERY small (literally 1m2). If you like warm rooms, this is for you. The AC/heater had a mind of its own. We could not adjust that thing under 25 Celsius. It was HOT at night, almost like being home in the summer (we are from a tropical country… we know hot). On the bright side, the flat screen is very nice so, while we couldn’t sleep due to the temperature, we were able to watch TV. Overall, a good place to stay because of the location. If your plan is enjoy the amenities of the apartment, maybe this won’t suit your needs.
Sofabed instead of bed (no mentioned in the site). No laundry machine (announced in the site). The freaking AC/heater. Weird random stuff in plastic bags all over the place.

Perfect location! It wasn’t fancy or smth., but it was clean and comfortable.
It was a bit too small, especially when the bed was made. But actually, we didn’t spend much time there, just dropped our bags and came back to sleep. Also, there wasn’t shower gel or shampoo, so you have to bring it by yourself or buy it in a store.

Room and the bathroom were clean. The place is close to the Nord station. There are lot of supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants near by. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary appliances. Love the stay!

Good location and value for money. But ...”

Well located apartament. Close to metro and local caffes for drinks and food. It has all you may need for short stay. It is not big, more like typical Parisian apartaments. We stayed with kids 2 adults and 2 kids. There is double bed and foldable couch for sleeping. Nicely decorated small apartament.
Few pointers to improve. Alley accessing apartament very dark, some light above door would improve general feel considerably at night. We stayed in december and it was hard to keep place warm because of so much glass that separates room from outside (more like sun room insulation that standard house). Also, small things like cooking oil, some tea of coffee could be left for guests. It's hard to imagine that anyone coming for couple days are going to buy those things - therfore actual kitchen becomes poinless. They cost minimum for owner, but would be greatly appreciated by guests - that would lead to improved rating.

the location was great. the street had lots of options.
I wasn’t sure the bedding was really fresh and clean. also, the lighting was either super bright or unavailable if someone went to bed earlier than the other. a lamp in the living area would fix that. the TV was unusable and there were no directions. the cooktop was tricky. buttons to change temperature was too hot. the pictures made it look cleaner and nicer than it was.

Petite room in an excellent location but bring a fan!”

The location was brilliant, just a short walk from the metro and near plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The property was very clean.
There was no air conditioning so it was extremely hot. The window opened directly into an alley with no privacy. In addition, the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable but was sufficient for our 2 night stay.

Nice little apartment in handy location, close to metro, lots of cafes and bakeries close by, a short walk to Gare du Nord, Sacre Coeur close by too. Host was able to extend our stay by a day at short notice too. Great communication all round.
The only thing I would change would be to have an oven but I accept the kitchenette is small. We made do with the microwave, and there are plenty of places nearby for takeaways
