Location, apartment facilities, access to transport and shopping all excellent. Sophie provided a wealth of information and made the whole booking process easy and pleasant. The apartment is in immaculate condition.
Nothing really. A minor shortfall with one of the appliances caused by a previous guest was addressed immediately.

The apartment is very clean and well decorated. Fantastic location to visit the old city by foot. The terrace is great to relax after a heavy visits day. I really appreciated the detail of the welcoming Bordeaux wine.
The only thing to consider about the apartment is the distribution, because some of the stairs are very steep and narrow.

Nice big center apartment”

my friend could not come at the last moment so I was the only one to enjoy this spacious centre apartment. rooms are clean and well maintained.All necessary household stuffs are prepared and in good condition. the location is unbeatable, it’s close to basically everything and major attractions. Despite its centre location, it’s also very quiet.
the top floor feels like an oven in the afternoon…though it’s better in the evening. I have to open all windows and the balcony door the whole night. Fortunately it’s a quiet area so it’s fine.

The apartment could do with an additional fan in the upstairs bedroom as it was quite warm. ( it was in the 30’s)

Great location a short walk away from Bordeaux old town”

The location and ease of gaining access to the property. It was also very helpful to be able to drop of our cases in the property hall before the check in time. It was also good to have an outside space. The communication with the host was good.
I personally thought that for the price being paid, that there could have been a bit more attention to detail such as cushions available for the outside seating, more coffee pods being available and ditto toilet paper for example as there was not enough for a 3 night stay. It would also be useful to have recycling facilities in the apartment rather than one bin (I appreciate that there were recycling bins in the hallway but that means that we would have to go up and down the stairs as and when any rubbish was generated which is not ideal).
