Great hotel, french colonial atmosphere”
Good beds, clean rooms, great shower, extensive breakfast menu made to order. Staff speaks good English. Can recommend to everyone. A bit out of the center so not so much sounds of the streets as many other hotels.

A nice place to stay with great staff”
This hotel might not be the best of its kind but the staff showed me otherwise! I arrived super early in the morning and was greeted with a warm welcome drink. Although it was not yet check-in time but they tried to assist us as much as possible and it was nice that we were able to get the room before the check in time. The twin room I booked was not as spacious as other rooms but it was very clean and quite comfortable. It would be greater if the breakfast included in the booking had more options. The hotel is not located in the city centre but it is not far from there. The streets are quiet and covered with shades, which is something Dalat is gradually losing, unfortunately. One can travel around Dalat easily from the hotel with good scooters-for-rent offered.

The deal for my 2 nights stay was amazingly value money, the unit is new while the decoration is vintage and cute! The staff is super friendly and always smile with us. For sure I’ll visit this place again when I’m back to Dalat in the future.

Poor communication”
The hotel looks nice but they had very BAD communication. We arrived early in the morning and we basically only needed to leave our luggage and go exploring the city. The front-desk just let us check in to our room right away without us asking, we thought that was nice. HOWEVER, when we checked out, the staff charged us for the price of an extra half a day. They definitely didn't mention this to us when we arrived, in fact they didn't mention anything at all, just checked us in. Another issue was when we rented a motorbike, they told us 1 price, but when we checked out, they wanted to charge a higher price. They did charge the original price at the end but still, this hotel has really had bad communication. I wouldn't recommend my friends to stay here honestly.

this is totally our fault not to notice you before. The actual price of renting a automatic motorbike is 150k VND/day but we did charge you 120k VND/day when you tell us the situation. This hotel is not directly in city center but well worth the extra 10 minute drive. The rooms are clean and modern, the service is outstanding!!! And there is hot water for showers. I defiantly will stay here on my next trip back to Da Lat!! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Nice hotel, but cold and not really modern”
Nice hotel with nice staff and a ok room. However, as it was raining and 15 degrees the room was really cold. There wasn’t a heater, hot water and the windows are quite bad.

Sunny and her team was exceptional with their customer service. Staff went above and beyond when asked for assistance. English speaking, pleasant and polite. The coffee in the adjacent cafe was truly authentic Vietnamese Coffee. Great for coffee lovers and it is locally brewed. Very close to local amenities and shops.

I would definitely reccomend this hotel, I think the price is very reasonable for the quality & location. The rooms are very nicely designed & clean with lots of natural light. There’s a little cafe next door where you can get a nice coffee & breakfast. The staff speak some English & are always willimg to help (i.e. with bike rentals etc).

wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt hier. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber und als es einen Tag kalt war, wurde uns ein elektrischer Heizlüfter angeboten den wir gerne annahmen. Hervorzuheben ist die nette und liebevolle Besitzerin die uns in allen Belangen unterstützte und nebenan ein kleines Cafe betreibt in dem sie die Kaffeebohnen selbst röstet und leckeren Kaffee serviert. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!
