“Wonderful hotel in station 2”
We had the loft room which is perfect for kids! The TV is kinda old and only has a handful of channels but imho that’s a non issue because we spent the large majority of our time on the beach. The room was cleaned daily which is necessary because you inevitably bring it some sand from the beach. Overall we were very happy with the room with the exception of the shower which flooded the whole bathroom every-time you take a shower. We found ways to make it work though. I think replacing the shower head or adding to the shower would fix the issue. Breakfast was different everyday and although filipino style we found it to be good enough to have a nice breakfast. On one day there was no fresh salad as they had replaced it with cheese platters from the previous evening but the lovely staff offered to bring us some salad to our table instead. The staff are all lovely and always have that wonderful charming smile when they see you. They are always ready to help. I must mention the head of security who is very friendly and chatty. It was always a pleasure talking to him. The small gift when we checked out was also heartwarming and the kids were absolutely thrilled! Overall, while the hotel needs some renovation it still has some charm that makes your stay enjoyable! To me the attention of the staff is what makes this hotel enjoyable!
