The staff have been extremely helpful. On our last night, (going back 30th) we rushed for the airport and the staff helped us organise things quickly. Also hope to get the same room. Was told they’d hold the room. Mandala room. Loved our stay.

The amazingly helpful and friendly staff at Le Sutra and the cleanliness and good vibes of the room including a clean spacious bathroom with rainshower and also a lovely breakfast at the very meditteranean and hip Out Of The Blue staying at Le Sutra is an absolute pleasure. I also like the artsy feel to this cozy boutique hotel. Perfectly safe for a solo female traveller and with a wonderful location with a myriad of restaurants shops and cafes nearby.

Unique place, very creatively done and spacious room, great value for money, very friendly and helpful staff. Only thing that takes a bit of getting used to is the proximity to a fish market. Rooms are unaffected by the smell, but outdoor common seating areas do have a bit of a fishy “pong”. Still, for anyone not overly sensitive to that, I’d recommend this place for all its other plus points.

Pros: A very well done property and the location is excellent. I was not happy with the room I was given first and I was immediately given a different & better room as soon as I spoke to them. The staff are very kind and helpful housekeeping is excellent. Cons : The food is very average and the service at the restaurant does not match the quality of the hotel. The food was cold and the staff dont understand instructions at the restaurant and the food is not value for money. overall - A wonderful and pleasant stay. Stay here to experience the place but dont expect too much from the restaurant.

Much better rated property than similar ones in Mumbai”
Front office staff were professional, polite, helpful and well versed in English. Property is a clean boutique hotel with some handy facilities. The room where I stayed was just above the cafe/bar and badly disturbed by the Friday night loud music from the cafe/bar. Breakfast was not that nice. The cafe staff needs more training. Even though Mumbai hotel prices are exajurated and not value for money at all compared to other countries, I rate this property much higher than similarly priced properties in Mumbai.

Beautiful and cosy art hotel”
Le sutra is my favourite hotel in Mumbai. I stayed in many 5 star hotels but le sutra has more than other hotels. The location is great. Every room has its own particular design and feel. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The restaurant Out of the blue is connected to it and serves a nice breakfast. Especially a variety of delicious dosas. I will definitely come back.

thank you to the staff and management of Le Sutra. They were so friendly and accommodating. in my entire 3 weeks of holidaying in various parts of India, this hotel stood out the best. It is not a large hotel but it is quaint and well placed. Breakfast was good. Arranging all my transport was done by them and always perfect. All the female staff were so amazing...they went the extra mile everytime. I even extended mu stay. This hotel is one of the best places to stay in Bandra. It must be noted that Thursday is Party time in mumbai. The restuarants and clubs are 'noisy' till late.

Quirky Art hotel”
We arrived at the hotel & checked in our room only to find a generator in a restaurant above us had malfunctioned and was making an unbearably loud noise. We were immediately whisked off to a more suitable room without fuss thanks to Sing Sing & the team. Breakfast was excellent with loads of options on the menu & the hotel’s location was perfect for us as we were visiting friends nearby and had numerous places to eat within a 7 min walk. The staff at Le Sutra were were welcoming and very accommodating and made our stay a very comfortable & pleasant one.

Amazing Mumbai”
Everything was perfect at Le Sutra Hotel. Even got a complimentary free foot massage of 30mins, which is nice. Only issue, it is bit noisy at night around. But take this hotel, you will not regret, the room has all the amenities and services of a 5 stars hotel. I look forward to come back again.

Jackfruit Surprise”
This is an excellent hotel located in the best area of Mumbai. The street the hotel is located on has a cinematic feel, just up the hill from the coast. Very lively area, but not in a bad way. The room was well designed with excellent style. I tried the breakfast was delicious, unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to sample the lunch/dinner menu but it the offerings on the menu were appetizing. The outdoor eating area was cozy. Don't believe any negative reviews you might come across. Of course this is not a Marriott or other chain hotel, it is a small boutique hotel, however the treatment and experience is more intimate. Would recommend the hotel and would visit again. The review title is due to the huge jackfruit tree visible from the window of room 308. I though it was a Magnolia tree but noticed the large jack fruits growing on it. The hotel is between two other fine eating restaurants and up the hill from a few local eateries and a Coffee Day Café.

The Art hotel to fell in love with....”
i spent a total of six nights at le sutra, three from the 4th to the 7th of march, then again from the 12th till the 14th. what can i say, that other reviewers haven't said before me? each room is of stunning beauty, expressing different stories through amazing art pieces. beds are extremely comfy and the personnel does its outmost to make your stay as unique as possible...especially anjali and amy, to name those i was more in contact with. i stayed in different rooms, from taal to vashna, mandala and karna..all of them left an lifetime memory in me... i agree with some of the reviewers that some of the hotel features (the noise coming from the street or the restaurant, the view at the first floor, the lights going on and off, some wrong orders coming back and forth at the restaurants, just to name a few...) and the housekeeping, could be improved, but the manager and his team are really working hard on it and i am sure my next stay i will already show an amazing difference. india is not europe, and sometimes guests tend to forget that they are not staying in a corporate hotel, but in a wonderful art hotel, chosen because of it's unicity. if they do, their experience there will be filled with unforgettable moments.

Cute boutique hotel amazing service”
Really enjoyed our stay at Le Sutra. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Daily snacks left in our room and also a check out gift. Staff very attentive (opening doors, pressing lift buttons to ensure the lift arrived quicker etc). Also good attention to detail in the breakfast buffet. The breakfast is in the attached cafe/bakery so you have mini quiches and croissants rather than the standard continental/indian food variety. Highly recommended.

It was fabulous. All the Staff were with high performance quality. The interior of the hotel and room was well designed and celebrated the Arts which was unique and artistic. The food at Olive Restuarent was delicious and well presented and each customer had a personal treatment by the staff. The hotel located in a good position where you can walk to one good eateries and to the popular Carter Road. It was also close to the shopping area at Linking Road. So its a ideally located Hotel and my husband if we return to Bombay again will go back to stay in Le Sutra. We will recommend this hotel to anyone.
