        Good hotel”

        Good hotel in central location of Dalat. We were allowed to change rooms as we got a room with no window at first. The rooms have everything one could need, however it could have been a little cleaner (+the bathroom was completely soaked in water and there were oily stains on the desk). The staff was super helpful with everything we needed like motorbike rental, umbrellas and communication with our taxi driver.

        Vì lần trước mình có ấn tượng không tốt về thái độ của 1 vài bạn nhân viên, chị chủ ks ko những gọi điện mà còn nhắn tin xin lỗi mình nữa. Vì sự chân thành của chị nên mình quyết định quay lại ở, vì phần nhiều mình thích phòng cũng như vị trí của ks. Lần ở này chấm 10 điểm ạ, sạch sẽ, thuận tiện, đáng giá tiền và cách nhân viên đối xử với mình tốt hơn rất nhiều.

        Thái độ Nhân viên”

        Mình hài lòng với số tiền bỏ ra, có được 1 chiếc phòng khá ổn, hình như khách sạn vừa được nâng cấp trong năm nay và nằm trên đường Bà Triệu, trong trung tâm và cách chợ chỉ 10 phút đi bộ, hài lòng tuyệt đối khỏi bàn cãi!! NHƯNG, thái độ của 1 vài nhân viên của khách sạn không được tốt lắm :) mình không mong sẽ được đối đãi chuyên nghiệp hay gì cả nhưng cách nói chuyện lịch sự với KHÁCH HÀNG là điều tối thiểu ạ :). Vui lòng cải thiện cách giao tiếp với khách để tránh làm khách cảm thấy như đang "được" đối xử như con cháu trong nhà :)
