Birthday Treat; All I Got was a Cake
I was hoping for a room upgrade or free alcohol, but at least they didn't sing Happy Birthday. It's not a new or particularly beautiful hotel, but it has a lot of character. The suites are large and comfortable, the balconies are awesome. Of course, the main attraction is the open air bar and restaurant on the top. The prices are extortionate, but you pay for a great location to take selfies. As others have noted, the staff are quick to assess how much you plan to spend and direct you to the appropriate area. I was asked if I wanted a bottle of Champaign, and when I said I just wanted a Hangoverini was lead to the crowded area at the glowing bar. Definitely pay extra for the buffet breakfast. It was the best buffet breakfast I've had at a hotel.

Amazing Hotel
I loved everything about this hotel - outstanding customer service, quality rooms, best views ( I had a room on 55 floor), facilities. The restaurants and bars are great and an incredible buffet breakfast. The location is good too. I highly recommend this hotel and would defiantly choose to stay here again.

Great service
Staff were all very attentive and the concierge was a delight for providing us with local information with great humour as well as helpfulness . it is a bit out of centre so you do need taxi or take sky train that was a bit confusing but we managed to get to the centre shopping mall which was huge all designer brands make sure if you can claim back the VAT you get the form stamped before check in at airport as we weren't told that so went through queued to claim quite a sum back but were unable to without the customs stamp ! Hotel lovely but quite expensive . We also did Sirocco rooftop restaurant wonderful food but beware if your a champagne drinker the prices were really extortionate ! probably one of the most expensive meals I have ever paid for and a shame that it rained halfway through so we all had to decamp inside rather soggily but it is the rainy season so you have to expect . overall though we really enjoyed our stay
