Lee Garden Hotel (Old/Original)(Not Lee Garden Plaza)”
This is the old Lee Garden not the Lee Garden Plaza. Located not in the busy tourist centre, walking distance to the centre but doubt most Malaysian will walk. I got the renovated room, fresh coat of paint, bathroom new tiles and clean. room furniture was the unrefurbished but still functioning, no flat screen TV you get the old cathode ray TV, fridge is normal bar fridge, air-conditioning is very cold only can on or off. hot water normal temperature heat can't get the very high heat temperature. key card room access and need the card for power supply in room. Very good room size. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Assisted beyond their job by enabling me to call a local. Concierge was a very friendly elder guy, making the place more homely. Linen was a bit tired might have some tear but it is clean. To summarise, value for money, room clean, linen is clean, toilet is clean, lobby is clean, hotel looks old, furniture is old but function. staff attentive friendly, make the place welcoming. for the money you pay don't expect 5 star service, but there is good service.

Nice hotel and not so far with hot spot area. A lot of tuk tuk and motoTaxi in front of hotel. Mantion Lee Garden Hotel in front Petrol Pump (Esso ) to the tuk tuk when going there. Dont get confuse with Lee Garden Plaza Hotel. Overall, I like this hotel.

This is the old Lee Garden hotel, it is affordable and nice to stay. just a walking distant away from the new Lee Garden Plaza that the night market located. If you like to walk and don't mind the distant, the Hotel is the best choice with cheaper price.

Good Location and value for money”
Lee Gardens Hotel is at good location about 300meter from the Railway Station and about 1km to Lee Garden Plaza Hotel and the night markets. Definitely I'll stay again at Lee Gardens Hotel if travel to Hat Yai.

Good for budget travel”
It was a nice stay in Lee Gardens Hotel though it is quite far from the Lee Gardens Plaza (10 minutes walking distance). The hotel is quite old which their furniture, toilet, wallpaper are all very old but for those who is travelling on budget, this hotel is good enough, very cheap but comfortable and big room. Travelling to Hatyai for 2 pax is quite expensive as the Tuk Tuk driver mostly quoted for 100 baht (or more) for a 10 minutes (or less) distance. Therefore, we decided to walk to nearer attractions or restaurants to save cost. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I just don’t get it when people talking bad about this hotel.. but during my stay, i very satisfied with everything! The hotel is walking distance to lee garden, and need to walk a bit from train station but worth it okay! Wifi is also good! Tiptop for everything! So i would stay here for my nextcoming trip! 😍😍😍

I made the reservation at the wrong Lee Garden...it should have been Lee Garden Plaza. I was sure I saw the right at the time of booking but do know what when wrong. Anyway since its the same hotel owner Lee Garden Plaza manage to transfer the amount paid and charged me the published rate. The above rating is for Lee Garden Plaza.

The price us low bt the service is good. The most important is that the room is clean and spacious. However, it's a distance from Lee garden Plaza. What makes me happy is they really fulfill my special request and my room is ready when I'm arrived. I am satisfied with Lee graden hotel.

Cleanliness and Location ”
This is located at a quiet area, in front of a petrol kiosk. Room is clean and spacious, there is a 7-11 nearby and if you do walk about 15mins, you can reach Lee Garden Plaza and Ocean Mall by foot where there is plenty of massages, foot, carts, shopping, and eateries.

Price worth hotel”
Staff are kind and helpful, first room cant connect to wifi, i request to change room. They changed it for me, this room can connect to wifi, but no internet connection. Probably due to overload connection. An upgrade for the wifi is a MUST. I stay for two night, only second night able to connect wifi, others time connected but no internet. Room facility is abit old, but thanks god it is quite clean and the washroom is quite modern. Personally feel that the bed is too soft, make me feel uncomfortable for a long night sleep. Location, not that center in town, but walking distance to Lee Garden Plaza and Odean.

Know for locals as old Lee Garden infront of Esso petrol station. One problem for me..The centralised air-cond was not cold enough. Be careful with the tuk tuk driver.Please negotiate clearly the cost..an average may cost visitors around 30 to 100Bht. Me and my friend just walk around 10 minutes from hotel to the famous and happening Lee Garden plaza & Centara shopping mall.Everything you can get there.

Wrong Hotel!”
I booked this hotel because I thought this hotel located at the Night Walk Market. Actually it was not. The one at Night Walk Market is "LEE GARDEN PLAZA HOTEL" . This hotel located almost 1km from the Night walk market (near McDonald). The parking space is big and the staff are all very polite. It is near many halal restaurant and no 7-Eleven nearby.
