Believe me don't fool how it look outside! To me this is full options. Location is the best really close to Platinum shopping mall, just 5minutes to Big C and Central World. The room & bathroom super clean and good smell. Front desk staffs are friendly, helpful and can speak English very well. First I only booked 2 nights and end up with extend one more night because it really comfort stay.

Great place for this price point. My room was huge and clean and comes with most amenities that I required. Location is also good since it is in the city center and accessible to many places. 7/11 and foot massages are right beside which was a huge convenience imo.

Booked 5 days 4 nights. From the building you will feel like old hotel. Reception on 2nd floor. Small area. When you go in the room, you feel happy which big and clean. Surround the hotel many eatery and massage area. Feel safe if you come back late. Near to Platinum Mall, famous wan Ton Mee, Big C and Central World. I fully recommend this hotel.

A simple hotel with basic amenties”
The location of the hotel is the best thing about this hotel. It is right in the heart of the city within walkable distance of Central mall, platinum mall and the pratunam market and shopping. The room itself is quite basic and the cheapest room has no windows but using it just as a base to explore the city is fine. It is very clean and there is daily housekeeping. Despite being in the city center, it is quiet at night and condusive for sleep. The staff doesn't really interact with us much but were friendly enough during the check in and out process. Will stay here again!

good location, easy to find. but it's a bit noisy as at night you can hear the car and motobike. but so fast value for money as i only book it 1 day in advance. will go back to stay again.

Super clean room, spacious toilet, lots of snacks and fruits in the mornings. I will stay at Leela when I go BKK again 👍👍👍👍👍 Only minor issue is - recommend to sound proof the door, bring your own toothbrushes, travel plugs Everything else is A Stars.

Really satisfied with my 4 nights stay in Leela Orchid hotel. The staff Da, she is friendly and helpful, they even provide the washing machine and the place for hanging clothes at the fifth floor. Definitely will stay in this hotel again whenever visit Bangkok. I also wants to give good review to the Chivana massage at the 1st floor, especially for the massager named Ing, she gave very good massage and hot stone treatments to my swollen ankle(after a long walk for shopping)😂😂

Short but Good Stay”
I only stayed for 1 night but it was a good one. The room was so clean, the staffs were so kind and their English was impressive! I chose this hotel since I needed to attend my prayer in the Indonesian Embassy and it is indeed near. I stayed with my friends and they enjoyed the stay. I also think that I'm more likely to have another stay there when I want to walk around Bangkok ^^

The first time I stayed with Leela Orchid was pre-pandemic. Back then I remembered the rooms were spacious, clean and great location (Pratunam). Went there again recently and not much changed. Still love it and will stay there again!

The hotel is in the second floor of a department store. It is very close to pratunam market and platinum fashion mall. The staff is very friendly and you can have free 2 noodle cups in your room other than coffee and tea.

The hotel is located in Old building but the room is different compared to outside like hidden gem. Air Cond is cold and water heater is great. Walking distance to platinum fasion mall, pratunam Market and big C. Surrounding got few massage better make appointment before go. Recommended hotel.
