This is the first time to visit East easarn. It break my expectation that easarn is dry with lot of poverty people, instead new building good road underground by pass, lot of/ may be all prople own mobile phone, own new pickup truck. City full of retail kios, department store, see less poverty everywhere. A chance to visit famous "kam cha not" and found passing area still own nature theasure. One thing rather puzzle (only my opinion) looking TV in hotel found political effect especially nation tv has been banned, voice tv is on air on public media.

Very clean and comfy bed.Very basic amenities.no kettle. 1 used toilet roll also used as tissue paper. No ice at this hotel no fridge. Two bottles of water on arrival, hot. No food there whatsoever.3.5hre drive shut in room till morning with two bottles os hot water. I was disgusted

By the way, because you are the customer who attend in test and go program, so you can’t out of the hotel and we already have informed you that the price you pay not include any meal ( only 2 bottle of water in the room)because our restaurant open only in the morning for breakfast. however, you can order delivery food from agent outside. For ice, our staff call to your wife that in the hotel, we don’t have it because the restaurant is closed but we can buy it outside for you but she said no worry, that’s fine. For the kettle, you didn’t ask for it. sorry for the staff didn’t tell you that we have, if you ask for. We try the best to do the thing you ask, but I really don’t know what you want. so sorry about it. Thank you.

It's one of a great hotel that I have ever been. The receptionist welcome with smile and warm greeting. The room is so nice and clean. I can find wifi everywhere in the hotel. The location is also convenient where I can find many good restaurants and coffee shops easily.

I feel ripped off by the female staff when we checked out. She said the towel was dirty, and showed us an towel, which was a lil dirty in the middle, which wasent deep dirty. I told her that it can come from drying feet after shower. She said the customer don't have to use the towel for feet. Unbelievable. She asked for 200 thb for the dirty towel. There are 2 ways : 1.The staff keeps the money for themselves 2. They just dry and don't wash the towels. So or so it's unforgivable. Also the water wasent warm. The staff said it's normal. Then it also doesn't help that the bathroom is new and beautyfull. I can't recommend this hotel, there are better places for less money in Udon.

Think twice before you are going to stay with this place. Look what was happened to me. 1. Found an open bottle of water which already drink half of it in my room plus no chiller. i didnt complain anything just call their staff if i can change my room. Stafff came NO apologies give me another room. 2. While check out my sister came to me and said we were fine 100B (100B is nothing but the reason they gave was pissed me off) i gave her the money but didnt ask what was the reason. Cause i was busy arranging all the stuff in the car when we are leaving the hotel i ask her what was it about then my sister told me . Staff said we were fined 100B because the "towel was dirty" Towel was dirty?? If we were fined because we take something from its hotel i wouldnt be pissed but they chared us because the towel was dirty??? So what is the job of housekeeping then?? How towel will get that dirty? I'm telling u their towel is already brown not white. First time in my life ever to experience this kind. If u need money just ask me nicely dont do disappointed stuff. I do travel all over the world staying in 1-5stars hotel but non of them are like this one. This hostel cant even get even 1star i swear to God. No toiletries in the bathroom not even a toilet roll. 2stars in Laos which i paid less they even give u free breakfast and a toilet roll to wipe . That's about it and one more thing its not only me and my family who they cheated a group of customers before me who doing check out were also robbed u know why? The customer paid the deposit for 2nites but staff return them back only 1nite. Look how cheap they are. If u dont want to get robbed stay away from this hostel.
