Nice Environment. An option to consider”
it was a good stay in leelawadee resort 2. good things are lovely environment and beautiful scenery. as it is located just a few km outside the town area, it was easy to reach town by getting "tut tut" ride. however, it was quite difficult to get "tut tut" to bring us back to leelawadee resort 2 as not much people know about this location. publicity need to be done so that there is no difficulties in getting transportation to town and vice versa. also, staying in leelawadee resort 2 giving us an opportunity to taste nearby local food which hardly found in town. besides, the wash room in the resort need to replenish to provide a better or higher satisfaction to the customer. lastly, a proper receipt should be provided to the customer upon check in.

Not A Good Resort to stay”
Not recommend to oversea traveller to stay in this resort 1) Hard to communicate because the staff not able to speak and understand English. 2) Location stated in central of Hat Yai but in fact it's quite far away and not convenient. 3) Stated got breakfast included but very disappointed because only provide a cup of 2-in Nescafe and 2 pieces of cookie. 4) First day check-in and noticed water heater is faulty. Complain but was informed no other room for replacement. Very sad...all my children have to shower with cool ice water everyday....:( 5) Pay for high accommodation fee but not value for money.

Worst experience ever !! Wasted for more than 2 hours just only for check in !!”
They have 4 branches in total. Before we booked, we checked on the location for several of times to make sure the location is what we want, yet don't know what's the problem when we reached there is not the resort that we booked. It's ok, maybe there're 4 branches & it's a little bit confuse on the location. Thus, we communicated with their staff to see if we can change (we did show them our booking number), they said okay. Thus, we moved from resort 3 to resort 2, as we thought we need to check in at the office there. We explained again, said that we booked resort 2 but we wanted the location of resort 3, the staff said okay. We thought it was settled, we then went back to resort 3. The staff of resort 2 said we booked for resort 2, like there is no any inter-communication. Called to agoda, they seem not understand what we mean too. We just want to know if we can change from resort 2 to resort 3 with same amount that we paid, yet all of them not understand our mean, keep on "okok" !!

Room is clean but not the toilet”
Actually i really likes this room because, i just can park my car at car porch front on my room door. But the toilet spoil my mood because WC is so dirty and floor so oily. Water heater also not function. They not provide hair dryer, hanger and wardrobe.

THE ROOM SERVICE IS VERY VERY BAD WENT COMPLAINT. NO ACTION BEEN TAKEN. FRIDGE OUT OF ORDER, BATHROOM DOOR OUT OF ORDER AND BATHROOM INSIDE DIDNT INSTALL THE TOWEL HANGGER WHICH THAT GOT HOLE ON IT.
