This hotel is really comfortable, clean and convenient. Staff are helpful,friendly and kind. Breakfast tastes delicious and is made fresh each day. Not suggesting to those with young children as the hotel have lots of couples staying temp for few hours in and out. Also the TV program have restricted movies that children might accidentally click onto it. Location wise is good and near to the train station about 3-4mins walk. East to find. Once you out from Hsinchu station, look toward your left side main street you will see multi parking lot and toward that direction. There is no actual night market around the area. Mostly big shopping complex. The nearest night market you need to take bus 15 to go out and only certain days are available.

Location was near the train station. Easily found the hotel. The staffs were friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in early. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Rude, dirty, and distasteful”
We were looking for an inexpensive place for the night while we were traveling around the nearby mountains. Upon arrival at the Left Bank, the woman at the desk told us we could check-in until 5pm despite clearly stating 3pm. My pregnant wife was tired, and we really wanted to rest from our travels, but the woman wouldn't budge. We offered to pay an additional charge for the room if she would allow us in, a service that is offered for a specific type of client in the middle of the afternoon, but she informed us all of the rooms were taken. All 50 of them. At 2:30 in the afternoon. Riiiiiiiiiight ...... So we waited until after 5pm. Once in the room, we were disappointed to learn that there was no window facing outside. There was a window, but you could only see into some weird crawl space between inner walls, and what looked like an office filled with computer routers? We learned what the network of computers was for when we turned on the television video on three channels, one Euro, one American, one Japanese. We found the room to be wanting a good cleaning. There was 1/4" of dust on top of the closet, and I wasn't shocked to find an empty condom wrapper under the bed. In all honesty, I've never stayed in a hotel that was so sleazy. I've done a fair share of traveling, but this place just disgusted me.

the location is good but its also close to a main road and train tracks so the associated noise is there. it is still a very good place to stay if you dont mind vehicular noise.

The night battle with cockroach”
The facilities were OK, every room has water server and good wifi, and breakfast was also pretty. But i encountered a cockroach in my room and it was really theriling battle, but i dont like that anyway.
